It was nice overall

Clean and a nice breakfast.

I thought it was ridiculous to pay $30 to park. Especially for guests already paying over $200 for a nights stay.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and kind.

Let me preface that I have never stayed at Tru before. I wasn’t expecting it to be as basic as it is. The room was tiny. No closet? Just very basic.

I would like a refund

Hotel location was very good, walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, hotel was clean, breakfast good

I was not pleased with the smell of smoking, or smell on a non cigarette smell if you will. Especially at night, late at night. The smell of recreational smoking product coming thru bottom of our hotel room door. We had to place towels at our door to not smell that smell if you know what i am saying.

Again just the smell of recreational smoking products, skunk smell in parking garage at times then like i mentioned above, thru bottom of our hotel room door late at night.

Okay hotel close to Lucas Oil Stadium

The hotel is in a good location, it's a short walk to downtown and to some of the other neighborhoods. It's right next to Lucas Oil Stadium so if you want to be close to that, then this would be a good location.

The toilet set in our room was dirty, there was what looked like dried blood on the toilet seat and what looked like a couple of pubic hairs. We cleaned it up ourselves and I understand that the maid staff has a lot of rooms to clean and I'm sure it was a busy weekend with the Eclipse, but then the TV didn't work. When we called the front desk, it seemed like this is a common problem and they switched us to a different room. When we got to the new room, the toilet seat in that room was also dirty. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was going off for almost 30 minutes. We evacuated outside and eventually were told there was no fire and we could go back to our rooms, but the alarm was still blaring. I know this is not the fault of the staff, but for the first 20 minutes or so, until we were told to go back inside, there were no employees in sight, no one was letting us know what was going on or communicating at all.

Swim Meet with Friends for Circle City

I liked how close to the IUPUI natatorium the hotel was. I liked how clean the facility was. The gym was excellent. The breakfast was great. The parking very convenient.

Tru by Hiltons are the Ikea version of an original Hilton hotel.

Staff was very nice and the location to the stadium was great! The hotel was affordable and close to everything.

There was no parking available , even if you paid for the garage ahead of time. The rooms had vinyl flooring which echoed any sound. The hallways were stuffy and non-air conditioned. The breakfast was minimal and cold. I would not stay here again.

I liked the location. The room was clean and updated. I liked that the room had products for you to us.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking. That did not make sense to me. Why would you charge us for parking.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I liked that there were plenty plugs and USB plug in all over the room. Great staff also. Breakfast selections were ok also.

Insufficient storage space for my husband and I. Also the rooms don't have microwaves. Restaurants aren't close.

Very nice hotel, staff was great, also referral other customer to stay at the Tru Hotel.

Hotel was very clean, Very Safe, breakfast was a variety of items to eat that was super great, loved the fruit and Staff was very helpful, I suggest also adding a waffle item and water dispenser closer.

My TV wasn't working the first night, but they were up in my room getting it to work so that I could be TV ready. I didn't like the fact no carpet in my room and didn't like that my room didn't get service that next day.

Perfect stay for anyone attending events at Lucas Oil Stadium

Everything about this stay was great, from the rooms to the facilities and the breakfast. The staff kindly let us check in early so we could get on with exploring which I appreciate greatly. I'd highly recommend this stay for anyone attending events at the Lucas Oil Stadium.

Nothing at all really. I really can't fault them. Apart from the stadium, there's not too much around. You have to walk 10 mins down the road to find restaurants in the city centre. But honestly, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was good and the location.

The ac was loud, couldn't sleep. The blinds did not work- couldn't shut it, so couldn't block the lights at night. The bed was okay.
