The location was walkable to EVERYTHING. Shopping, dining, nature hikes and even BayView, the waterfront and parks. It was quiet and the back spiral stairs down off the outside deck led right to the Back Lot food trucks! Eric, the host, responded immediately to any question. Easy in and out. Loved it!

Eric’s property worked out great for our girls weekend with my family. Perfect amount of space, we appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Great location downtown made it easy to get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Great location downtown, walk to restaurants, shops, waterfront. Direct access to bike trails. Clean, comfortable, every convenience thought of. The owners were most helpful. Watched the 4th of July parade from our front window!

Stayed for a weekend with five adults. The place was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s right in the heart of downtown Petoskey, where we were able to walk to everything. Communication with the host was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

The condo is located in an old building with lots of character. It’s a very large space with two nice bathrooms. The outside space is also nice. It’s located right in downtown Petoskey, so very convenient to go anywhere. Parking was not an issue; it’s important to understand when the meters are enforced and plan accordingly. Overnight parking is free after 6pm and meters start at 9am. Very clean.

We had the best few days at this VRBO right in the heart of downtown Petoskey! What a cool spot - upstairs over a storefront on one of the main streets and right near restaurants, food trucks, cafes, ice cream and so much more. The property was surprisingly spacious - so much room for our family to spread out, relax and even work remotely. Beds were comfy, showers had great water pressure, kitchen and dining table large and stocked. The back patio was a nice bonus to enjoy at the end of a busy day!! Loved the decor calling out local spots. So glad this is where we booked for our time in Petoskey.

The location of this property perfect! It is in downtown Petoskey with excellent shopping & restaurants/bars right outside your door. The two full bathrooms are a plus as well. You do need to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have someone with mobility issues you may want to rethink. Not a hindrance all for for those who don’t have those issues. The photos accurately represent this property. Eric was exceptional with his communication. He answered all of our correspondence quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay. Right in the heart of downtown. Plenty of bars to stumble home from. Great food within minutes from the place. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast daily. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, etc. Also lots of gadgets that could have been used to make other meals (even saw an Instapot in the cupboard!). Plenty of towels, blankets, and extra linens if you need them. Place was spotless. Parking was close (right behind the library next door). If you park in the winter, Eric leaves instructions with the website that will tell you which side of the road to park on each day. Only took us seconds to walk to the car and switch sides of the road each day. Better than paying for parking! There is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the place. It is clearly stated in his listing, but some people don't read this. They were not a big deal at all for us. But plan accordingly if you are bringing a bunch of stuff. Or just bring your kids and make them carry everything. :-) Eric was available when we needed him. He's a great host and really cares about the people staying there. You will not be dealing with a company. It's really nice when you are able to speak to the owner directly if needed. We would 100% stay here again.

This condo is perfect for spending time in downtown Petoskey. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Eric was a great host. He had great recommendations and was quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

You cannot beat this apartment for a fun filled downtown experience. It is very clean, comfortable, and the owner has it well stocked with anything you could need. Very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend staying here and we're so sad to leave.

This apartment is very nice and spacious, and right in the heart our favorite stretch of downtown Petoskey. It's walking distance from all of our favorite shops and restaurants. Parking was relatively simple since I had to drive from the apartment to a local conference during the day, so I left before the meters started and returned after they shut off. If you will be parking and staying during the day, you can simply use the free parking option behind the library. We - hopefully - will get the opportunity to stay again. Highly recommended!

Location was nice. Home was full of dust, floors weren’t clean. Was then worried about cleanliness of other home items. Pictures show what you would assume to be an extra fridge but it is the only working fridge. AC kept switching off in the heat of summer to an “unoccupied” setting and we weren’t aware/nobody told us about this. Sent email with these issues to property owner and haven’t heard back…

We enjoyed this little 2 br 2ba condo right in downtown petoskey. We shopped, skied, enjoyed walking area trails and are out. Spent a night on the sofa, watching movies. Really nice family trip- something for everyone!!

I had booked this property for a bachelorette party the second weekend of September. None of us had ever been to Petoskey before so we were not sure what to expect. The location was absolutely perfect. It is located next to all of the shops and restaurants. Anything else you would want to do is within a 5-10 min driving distance. The property was clean, felt very spacious, and had everything we needed. The weather was also perfect- not too hot or cold this time of year. Petoskey is such a cute location for a weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I enjoyed staying in this lovely home. A beautiful open layout with a large screen TV and an electric fireplace to stay warm on a cool evening. A large and spacious kitchen filled with cookware and utensils to accommodate our hungry family and friends! Two magnificently remodeled bathrooms near a laundry room...what a blessing for an extended stay. My favorite part of our stay was waking up early to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise on their amazing private fenced rooftop patio!I will be visiting again!Cheers.
