El desayuno es rico y fresquito. El personal siempre muy amable y el servicio en general es bueno. Sin duda volvería

La ubicación está bien, pero es un poco lejos del centro aunque se compensa con las hermosas vistas del paisaje

Muy por debajo de las expectativas. Es una pena, el sitio es muy bonito.

Debería empezar de lo más positivo, que es la limpieza! tengo que admitir que la habitación estaba siempre limpia. Eso sí, era tan pequeña que a la cama se accedía solo por un lado. El armario es de los que no tienen puertas así que el polvo tiene contacto directo con la ropa.

El internet es gratis pero a velocidades que desesperan, apenas podía leer mi correo (no hablo de ver videos). la habitación estaba justo donde la lavadora (ubicada en un pasillo) algo que hacía imposible volver el medio día ya que era el momento de los lavados. La ubicación no está mal (el casco histórico de la ciudad no es tan grande) pero si tienes las idea de dormir algo más por la mañana, no es tu hotel ideal, pues al lado hay un colegio y el tráfico y los gritos empiezan desde muy temprano. He desayunado solo un día y aunque estaba incluido en el precio he decidido no desayunar. Entre las pocas ganas de la que hacía el desayuno y la nula variabilidad (huevos, tomates, frijoles, pan para todos los días) pues he decidido que no valía la pena. No he operado ni el ventilador ni la TV de la habitación.y por ultimo, conociendo el problema de agua potable, no he encontrado ni un día una botella de agua en la habitación! ni siquiera el día que he llegado, sabado noche y después de 17 horas de viaje.

Great locación very quiet I believe I was the Lone guest in the hotel.

They need a better shower curtain. Very flimsy shower curtain the hotel has strong water pressure. Water ran from the bathroom to the bedroom. I used the fan for hours.

The location was great. The roof terrace allowed for great views of the volcanos and the city.

I paid for a room with a private bathroom but had to share a bathroom with other guests.

Bad experience!

The location app coordinates are wrong, be aware to use the physical address. Next we were charged electronically for an extra night, which I still have not been refunded 6 weeks later. I notified the hotel and Booking.com, submitted my credit card statement three times, and still no refund. Booking.com is literally wasting my time!

It was a very nice hotel. It looked cozy. Everything was clean.

It was so noisy. We couldn't sleep at all. People came in through the night screaming and talking very loudly. They prepare breakfast early in the morning and they do it while listening to music. So, we couldn't rest in the morming either.

Location, very quiet. It was situated in a beautiful spot. They have me a first floor room as I have trouble with stairs.

I needed an extra blanket at night. The bedspread was very thin. We covered ourselves with the towels.

Map location is false

Has on site parking, good beds, really good bathrooms and good staff.

They indicate in the map they’re two blocks away from the central park but they’re actually 7-8 blocks away. I really dislike misleading hotels that try to fish me with stuff like that. Location is everything to me so thats a big misstep on their part.
