This spacious end unit on the top floor is located on the Gulf of Mexico on Madeira Beach. It is complete with three bedrooms, three baths, a huge kitchen and extra-large living room is a great location for family vacations, girls getaways, or couples traveling with their friends. Hotel rooms can feel so crowded, at Seaview Unit 505 you will have plenty of space to enjoy your time together.
The large gourmet kitchen has pickled cabinets with brand new granite counter tops. It has an eat-in bar that seats four. It comes complete with a double stainless steel sink with disposal. The kitchen also has new refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware.
The living/dining room area is very spacious with a full sized sleeper sofa, new leather sofa, loveseat and chair. The dining room table seats eight. The adjoining bar area seats an additional four. The room is complimented by double disappearing glass doors that open to your private oceanfront patio with dining and chaise lounge chairs for rest, relaxation and taking in the breathtaking ocean views. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, and a pack-n-play in the unit for guest use.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bath with over-sized walk in shower and new granite counter tops. Relax and unwind in the leather recliner. The first guest bedroom provides one king bed, plenty of drawer space, and a large closet. The second guest bedroom provides 2 queen beds with headboards with reading lights and USB charging ports built in, plenty of drawer space, and a very large closet. Both guest bathrooms are full baths, one with a tub/shower unit and the other with a beautiful walk in shower. All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen tv, and all have cable tv.
The unit comes complete with in-suite laundry room with new washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and all linens.

We enjoyed the condo with six friends. Check-in was super easy, property manager was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. Beach is clean, pool and hot in were also perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would give this five stars!

This condo is beautiful (Clean) and we had a great time. Great communication with owner. Owner has furnished this condo with the top of the line of everything. Top end appliances, bed mattresses, living room furniture and TV's. The view from the balcony says it all, paradise. Thanks for sharing your condo.

This was my family’s first time at Madeira and we were not disappointed with this condo. Everything was as advertised and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We’ve rented many condos in the past and this one will be ranked as one of our favorites. Location was perfect and within walking distance to several restaurants. Only negative (which is not the owners fault) is having 3 different codes to remember. Even though it was cumbersome, we did appreciate the added security. We will definitely return!

We had the best time! Let me start by saying, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had renting a vacation property. Chuck, Jane , and Dorothy went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our stay. Phenomenal customer service. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The pictures accurately depicted the property, and the location was amazing. The condo was very well stocked especially the kitchen. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in 505! We were surprised with all the extras that came with this u it - beach towels, chairs, hand soap in all bathrooms, extra toilet paper etc! Unit was just as described - plenty of space for our family! Living room furniture looked brand new and it was comfy! A very well stocked kitchen! Our only issue isn’t an issue with this unit but man is that elevator hot in the afternoon! We have been going to Seaview since 1983 and this is one of the nicer units we have stayed in! Owner was helpful and reached out multiple times to see if we needed anything! 10/10 would recommend

Highly recommend. The condo was clean and well equipped, including beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Very spacious and comfortable with large LR/DR and kitchen area along with 3BR/3BA and a large balcony. Nice pool and hot tub and easy beach access. Perfect for our family of six. Condo close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive - a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good about the property owners as well as the condo. We stay at the Seaview every year and typically stay in different units. This is the best one so far for our six adults vacation and we will for sure book here again. The property owner communicated all that we needed well in advance and responded right away with any questions. This condo will well stocked and no need to bring anything but your suits and sunscreen! Condo was very clean, beds comfortable and all that we needed. Thanks again and look forward to staying again hopefully soon.

From initial contact through the end of our stay, this VBRO owner is attentive & responsive immediately to any of our questions or needs. This large 3 bed, 3 bath condominium is perfect for either family or adult friends looking to share their slice of Heaven on earth for a relaxing vacation. Clean, large living area, deck, kitchen & dining space. Deck is perfect for watching the dolphins swim by (we saw MANY almost every day), wave watching and/or enjoying the breeze. Convenient to grocery stores, great restaurants just steps from the bldg, and walking distance to Johns Pass. This was our group's first stay in Madeira Beach and this UNIT and the owners made our vacation truly pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend!

We had 7 mature women in our group for a week stay, and everything was just awesome! The house had absolutely everything we needed! There was plenty of room for all of us to move around, spend time together eating, cooking, and visiting! So close to a variety of restaurants, shopping, beautiful sunsets on the beach, or from the balcony! Not one disappointment in this place!

This was our second time renting this little slice of heaven. Two families with 3 kiddos and more than enough room for all. The staff are so friendly, the property and location are fantastic and the owners are wonderful. Quick responses to any questions as well! We are already planning to go back again next year :)

We had 6 adults looking for a condo on the beach in this area and we found the perfect place. Very clean with everything we needed-plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, paper products etc. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Large living and dining room with more than enough seating. We had an issue one night with someone parking in our place and I messaged the owners. Less than 10 minutes later they got back with me and resolved the issue. We have stayed in numerous condos in this area and this was the best!,

We went for a girls trip and loved every minute! The condo was very spacious and had everything we need for a beach vacation. The condo was not very large, so there was always room to grab a lounge chair in the pool area or on the beach. The other vacationers staying at the building come back every year and I can see why!

The unit was a perfect fit for our family. All of the rooms had either King or Queen beds and 3 full bathrooms. Very clean and plenty of space in the living room , kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Pool was right on the beach and the beach was a step away with clean, white sand.

This place was perfect because of the bedroom set up. We had 4 adults and theee kids. The two kings and two queens is not easy to find. Very nice appliances and a lot of dishes, pots and pand and storage containers. The view and access to the beach is amazing. Close walk to shops, food and entertainment. I would stay here again for sure.
