CANCELLATION POLICY- Rental deposits & payments are refundable ( minus admin and booking fees) if the reservation is cancelled 61+ days prior to check-in. Cancellations 60 days to 31 days will receive a 50% refund. Reservations with 30 days or less until arrival date do not receive a refund. All cancellations incur the admin and booking fee. We encourage all renters to purchase trip insurance.
* Each unit at Seaview Condominiums is individually owned and operated. Each unit offers different stocked items, decorations, sleeping accommodations and furnishings.
* Registered guest will complete the registration area below with names and ages of all persons staying in the unit. Failure to return this form could result in voiding your confirmation or booking. Payment of deposit implies consent by guest to abide by all applicable rules and agreements.
* CHECK-IN time is 4 PM.
* CHECK-OUT time is 10 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10AM. A $100 fee per hour will be charged to the credit card on file if you are not checked out by 10AM. Upon departure please run the dishwasher, wash BEACH TOWELS and take out the trash. ($25 charge is not done)
* PARKING-ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. AVOID TOW CHARGES and park only in the space with your unit number printed on the bumper or side wall. Each condo has one assigned parking space and vehicle must display a parking hang tag left inside the unit.. Visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come basis.. All vehicles on Seaview property must display a parking hang tag.
* GUESTS PARKING-Any visitor vehicle, invited by a registered guest, must display a Seaview Issued hangtag. Cars not displaying a Seaview parking permit will be subject to being towed. There are off-site parking lots available for a weekly charge. Please call for details.
* GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY-Registered guests will at all times respect the rights and comfort of others, and refrain from any activity or loud noise which may disturb or interfere with the rights and comfort of other persons. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 9AM.
* PET POLICY-NO PETS or ANIMALS, no exceptions. Each unit is an individually owned residential condominium unit.
* PERSONAL PROPERTY-NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON PREMISES, forfeiture of security deposit if weapons found . All personal items should be kept inside unit. No storage of personal property outside of unit or hallway. Guest is responsible for security of any personal items, either in the unit or in parked vehicles. Neither Seaview Condominiums, Inc. nor Seaview Vacations, Inc. is responsible for any stolen property or damaged vehicles on the property.
* COMMUNITY POOL POLICY-Pool and hot tub area open daily at 9AM and closes at 10PM. Florida Department of State requires children under age 12 must have adult supervision in the pool & hot-tub. ANY GUEST OR GUESTS' VISITOR CAUGHT TRESPASSING IN POOL AREA AFTER HOURS WILL BE CHARGED $500 FINE PER OCCURANCE
* POOL BANDS MUST BE WORN WHILE IN THE POOL AREA. Proper attire must be worn in the pool and hot tub. Thongs and Street clothes are NOT PERMITTED.
* Children not potty trained are required to wear appropriate swimmers. Guests not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave the pool area.
* GLASSWARE PROHIBITED IN POOL AREA. Broken glass in the pool and hot tub area WILL require closing the area for several hours and guest not following this rule will be responsible for clean-up costs.
* Lounge chairs may NOT be “reserved” by PLACING TOWELS on them. Loungers are for all guests use and once you leave the pool area they are up for others to use.
* PORTABLE COOKING UNITS- are not permitted on Seaview property.
* SECURITY DEPOSITS- May be held if there is damage or excessive cleaning required. Guest will pay to replace or repair any property lost or damaged by guest or guests' visitors. Unit must be left in good condition upon departure. If extra cleaning is required by housekeeping, a portion of your security deposit will be held to cover the cost associated with the cleaning.
* HURRICANE AND SEVERE WEATHER POLICY- No refunds will be issued in the event of a Tropical Storm or Hurricane unless there is a state issued mandatory evacuation. There is no guarantee of weather conditions. There will be no refunds as a result of early departure.
* INCLEMENT WEATHER-Cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund. Including but not limited to Tropical Storms, Hurricanes or Red Tide.
* SMOKING OR VAPING- inside units is strictly prohibited. Smoking OR Vaping is allowed in the designated areas only. SMOKING INSIDE A UNIT OR THE SMELL OF SMOKE, WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Great condo in a great location. Only negative was owner has parental controls on the TV not to allow Fox News or Newmax to be viewed but you are allowed to watch CNN. In addition you can’t remove close captioning either. I asked for help getting access but was told they didn’t know what I was talking about which clearly isn’t true as these parental controls had to be setup by the owner.

Another great stay at this location. Everything was as expected. My short list of pros and cons:
+ large balcony which provides extra living space
+ recently updated master bath
- not beach walk out
+ has elevator
+ you can see the ocean while at the pool/hot tub (no wall blocking the view)
- no pizza cutter (ha!)
+ overall, well stocked kitchen for cooking in
We have stayed at multiple properties in Madeira Beach, but we do prefer this complex.

Everything was awesome for our girls getaway. The condo was just how it was listed. Perfect location for us as we didn't rent a car. The trolley pick up is right outside the building. The condo was very clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was priceless. Sarah and the staff were great to work with. We're already looking forward to return again next year. Thank you Sarah for providing us with a great get away.

There was so much included with this property. We brought my mom here for her 70th birthday. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful. There were so many basic things in the unit. Tons of beach supplies in unit plus an area in the garage for community stuff. Units were very quiet. Would love to return here some day!

We stayed for a Girls Trip and it was amazing! Plenty of space, most of the amenities we needed for our our stay and you cannot beat the ocean views! We would definitely recommend this unit and keep it on our short list for future stays.

I stayed for 4 nights with a group of 8 people. The property was clean and as shown in the photos. The location was amazing! On the beach, close to a lot of activities (mini golf, beach yoga), bars, and restaurants. There is a private pool for condo guests only and it is steps from the beach. There were some beach chairs and other beach toys provided as well as a wonderful deck with pool and ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for any short or long visit to the FL beaches!

Fantastic stay. Very impressed with the property the staff and our condo was absolutely beautiful . The location was perfect and the rest of my family that stayed at other places were jealous when they saw mine lol. The room was well kept, very very clean and what a great family getaway it was.

We all had a great vacation. The place is at a great location. We all loved being right on the beach. The beach toys and items like chairs were nice to have available for use. We all highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautifully decorated, and was spacious. I loved that kitchen had coffee filters and standard spices. The owners even allowed you to use their beach toys! Wow!
My only negative about the condo itself was that you had to remember 3 different codes (only 2 codes if office was open). One to access building to get to the elevator and 1 to get out of pool area on to the beach (and vise-versa). And obviously, 1 to access your room. As long as you have a pic of the codes on your phone, a good memory, a kid, or a nice stranger to help, you'll be fine. 🤣
The sunsets were amazing!! And plenty of fun things to do close by.

We traveled with my parents and our children ages 8 , 6 , and 3. Our 6 year old broke his arm a week before our trip but we were unable to get a refund or move our date so we went and made the best of it ! Great location ! We loved the view and having the pool/ hot tub or ocean all right there !!
Only suggestions: the front bedroom is tiny and would be best suited for bunk beds while the room with the 2 full beds should have a king.
Cleaning supplies were no where to be found to spray and wipe down the counter tops during our stay. So maybe providing a small spray bottle for future guests.
Overall great stay ! We loved the complex!

We loved every moment of our stay! From the location, condo space, parking, pool, balcony, beach, and communication with the host... everything was perfect! There were plenty of restaurants nearby, enough room poolside for everyone to enjoy, and the condo itself had everything you and the family or friends will need for the perfect beach getaway! We're really looking forward to our next stay here.

This condo was amazing. Waking up and heading out onto the amazing balcony and watching the dolphins was perfect.

Great trip with family. My two boy, ages 13 and 10, were on Fall Break from school. My husband and I, along with my sister and boys, like to go to Madeira Beach and we really like Seaview. This is our 2nd time staying at Seaview, but in different units. This unit was very clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed staying there. There was an issue with the washing machine not working, but the office was gracious and let us use the neighboring condo's washing machine as it wasn't being rented at the time. Overall, it was a great stay, perfect location to everything and right on the beach! We will definitely be staying at Seaview again!

This property is just as described and probably one of the cleanest places I have rented! The view is great, it's close to restaurants, has a nice pool, great beach, hot tub and covered parking - we saw dolphins and Pelicans diving into the water for food, was pretty cool. Yes, it is a little dated but the pictures correctly describe everything. There were beach chairs and floaties in the closet if needed (we didn't use). There are a few things which would have been great for travelers such as, more than 1 roll of paper towels, more than two trash bags, a few tide pods, some soap in the kitchen for hands and dishes (there was dishwashing soap) so if you are staying here you will most likely need to head to the store to pick up a few things but it's not a big deal since you have to get some food anyway.
The reason I knocked off a star was because of the road noise in the bedrooms and the uncomfortable bed. The windows are not very sound proof and you could hear everything on the road - in both bedrooms. You will need to have some sort of white noise maker to sleep. We put on the fan and used a white noise machine and were able to sleep fine but never could get comfortable on the bed. However, overall it was a great place, great price, and great communication.

The condo was spacious for all 4 of us with a spectacular view! There was a bed that had sand all in it we discovered on our first night & trash under & behind the same bed, which seemed it hadn’t been touched for a change of bedding. Other than that the condo was great.

This was a frustrating stay. Elevator didn't work most days we were there. We are 70 and 76 years old; both with heart issues. It is not easy walking up/down 4 flights of stairs especially when the temperature is 90+. What if 911 had to come to the room and try to get one of us out on a stretcher??
We were just overall very disappointed in the property. It seriously needs updating. Everything was OLD. Appliances old, pictures so dated, Towels were dingy, supplies were minimal, no soap at kitchen sink, no shampoo/conditioner, barely enough toilet tissue, had to go to front desk to get more trash bags, bedding is old.
TV in bedroom with queen bed was sitting on the floor so my grandson had no TV!
We have stayed in many other VRBO's and have friends who rent with VRBO but this was below average for sure.

This was our second time in Madeira beach and it never disappoints! The check in process was extremely easy especially since we got in super late. But everything was well lit and parking was easy. Gorgeous view of the beach and pool. Multiple restaurants in walking distance, two right across the street! (The Reef restaurant had killer breakfast and bloody Mary’s) We only encountered one minor issue with the condo but management and the owner were quick to respond and went above and beyond to correct the oversight. We will definitely be back!

We loved our condo and would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and worked out wonderfully for our family. This particular condo had a lot of little extras that we appreciated. There were sand toys for kids, beach chairs and other beach fun items. This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and we loved it. We did take out at several local restaurants within walking distance of the condo and they were all delicious!

Well maintained property with great management team. Maintenance personnel were on site daily and cleaning the entire property frequently. Condo had many beach items available. Within walking distance to John's Pass and many restaurants near by.

This place was amazing. Not far from much of anything. It was clean and perfect. The only thing I wish I could change is the elevator and elevator waiting area downstairs was so hot. Other than that it was perfect

Comfortable beds, nice pool and couldn’t ask for better beach location. Just a short drive to boardwalk and 2 great restaurants right across the street. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Very spacious condo with an awesome master suite with its own balcony view of the ocean. Worked really well for my family of six which includes four kids 20 yrs. old and up!
