I have stayed with this company a few times, the one in Ruislip and Stanmore. They steal deposits and take a very long time to get back to you, they also don’t resolve issues and instead tell you they are investigating it every time you call. I do not recommend this place or company to anyone. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen on booking.com

The bathrooms are spacious, the bedrooms are sizable (relative to avg homes in London), and the location is super - just 3 minutes walk from the train station.
The security deposit is just unnecessary as any risks could be priced into the rates charged per night. The rules could have be written in a more friendly language

It is a convenient location in London. Space is sufficient for family.
We had difficulty in entering the property as the entrance door is broken and backdoor is locked. We desperately want to reach to CS but failed. It was a hopeless night. Without any choices, we had to ring the bell of other residents so that someone can come and open the entrance door for us. For the rest of the days, the entrance door is fixed luckily. However, the gate door, entrance door and the back door were not locked which is not safe. We had salesmen knocked our door for marketing purpose and it seemed they did come for few times a day to check whether we were in the apartment.

It’s was modern and clean
No ac nor air flow felts very stuffy. We couldn’t keep the windows open as it was on the ground floor. We were from usa with AC so it was new to us.

We'll equipped and self contained apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Useful additions such as washing tablets would make a stay that bit easier. Would certainly recommend!
A few signs of wear and tear around the property, needs a little touch up for some bits of decoration and cupboard doors

The location really is excellent, just minutes away from the South Ruislip tube and train station. Two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. The flat is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and TV room. One nice big TV with streaming services as well. There is a decent selection of cooking pans and one small fry pan. Tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer, as well as jam and small boxes of cereals were also provided which was a nice touch.
The flat needs a coat of paint and additional cleaning. Ledges are dusty, the showers were very unclean. There is no type of mattress cover on the beds, just a very thin sheet, which I find completely disgusting. There’s no air conditioning, and only one fan was supplied, which was disgustingly dirty, this made for a very tough two weeks with the hot temperatures. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and is very loud. We could regularly smell people smoking marijuana. New apartments right behind the flat are noisy at all times of day. In addition, the RAF has private jets flying right over your roof at all times of the day, and it is very loud, especially when you need to keep the windows open because it is so hot. The outside grounds are littered with trash and weeds and we expected to see rats picking at the garbage which was laying on the ground (get bigger or multiple dumpsters.) It would have been nice if they supplied a large frying pan, I ended up buying one, and a flyswatter. I also ran all the silverware and dishes through the dishwasher prior to use because they looked dirty. I also think it would be helpful to label some items in the kitchen, surprisingly, it took us forever to find the freezer and the frying pans underneath the stove. The oven would not work until I realized you had to turn on a master switch on the other side of the room. The couch is becoming worn and needs to be cleaned, pull it out to a bed and look underneath and see all the dirt from other guests. This is far from a luxury apartment as advertised. We made due, but I would certainly never return.

Signing the contract for the accommodation wasn't easy cos the link refused to open till we got tired of just hanging around Heathrow and eventually had to get alternative accommodation in another hotel before the issue was resolved. This was an unnecessary expense which I wouldn't have incurred if only the contact number provided was reachable. Emails were sent and the response was that I will be attended to the next day being Monday. You need to improve on this.
But the apartment met my expectations when we eventually moved in and everything about it is as described.

Good location for what we needed, staff friendly and helpful.
Bedroom carpets weren't clear at all, some bits of food on the floor probably from previous guests, toaster got on fired we had a replacement when reported obviously we had to wait a few hours.

Very difficult to open key safe, took about 15mins, the spring didn’t work properly.
No hairdryer although stated on inventory.
When the bath drained bits came up from the drainage pipe.

The location is very good, close to shops and train station. Every thing needed to cook is provided in the flat. You just need to do your shopping and cook, sainsbury and Asda is not far from the location. The place is very secure and clean. At the first day, I was thinking of unsafe place but later realised that it very safe and secure. You can reach out to the management any time via different way of communication, even through WhatsApp. They response back very quickly
The way the hall way door was always left open. Make me feel unsafe, need to close or lock. As well maybe the key can be added to flat's keys for lodgers.
Although throughout our stay no concern.

decent space
I was charged a parking ticket despite explanations

Lovely apartment, clean, with comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen. Great access to the Central line tube, and plenty of local shops for essentials.
Not much to dislike. Might've liked the heating lower when I arrived, and a slightly wider parking spot for my oversized car. If that's my biggest complaint, it's no complaint at all!

Not so luxurious stay at St Martins House.
I booked an apartment for my wife and I along with our baby for a weekend. The photos looked great and it was in the area we needed. We drove for an hour and a half and new we would be arriving late. We let ourselves in and we’re immediately highly concerned about the cleanliness of the property. There was a brown stain on the sofa, lots of dust and debris all over cushions and what looked like a vomit stain on the carpet by the bin. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned well or at all. We decided we weren’t happy for us or our baby to stay there, and being too late to find something else, we drove back home again. We complained to management who initially apologised and promised to start the process of refunding us. But deadly silence since. I’ve stayed in places all over the country and internationally, and haven’t seen anywhere as dirty and unkept as this. I hope it’s a one off as reviews generally compliment the cleanliness. We feel very let down and would advise against staying here.

The apartment was very spacious, immaculately decorated and clean.
The location of the building could have been better

The location we got was very convenient. The Ruislip station is only 5 walking minutes away. All supermarkets and shopping area is nearby. great location.
- The doors needs to close softly or have some kind of stopper that it doesn’t bang. The fire doors should have stoppers too, to avoid damage’s to the wall.
- The water in the shower didn’t drain well.
- Some little things as I suggested on my arrival has to be fixed.
- The carpet in the living room was not quite clean.
- The closet cleaning brush should be replaced.

Spacious and comfortable
A few maintenance issues

It's a lovely place and complete privacy
The Blinds are too light. The sunlight comes through

Location was good - plenty nearby shops and restaurants.
Train station is 3min walk
Parking was included (though very narrow)
Most amenities available within the apartment (incl, bath, shower and 2 toilets)
Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher
Security gate was broken most of the duration of our stay - this made us feel unsafe (as the main door to the apartment building remains open overnight as well). This means anyone could walk inside off the street.
Maintenance of the apartment could be better. Good service received from Dennis who provided new pots/pans as the ones in the apartment were worn out.

Superb location, excellent amenities, good size and decor
