Instruction to access the lift, main entrance, the door of the suit and private room is clear and reasonable.
I misunderstood the instruction.

Nothing
No TV reception.. a true duplex is not split share.. advertising is wrong. .. don't stay here

Very clean
It was noisy, very thin walls, kept awake by the neighbors. Bathroom fans next door were very noisy.

Close to town centre
The door handle was broken , toilet seat was broken and someone had been in my room.

Door to room - lock was loose. Handrail upstairs also loose. There's an issue with leaving token on kitchen bench when you need to get out of the garage. Otherwise good.

Was right in the main area of Canberra, easy walk to everything.
Had a hard time with trying to get into the location, couldn't work the door key pads properly 😅

Location fabulous.
Hand rail on stairs hanging off wall . 3 or 4
tries to entry . Not sure what I was doing wrong . Emailed dana of my concerns . Otherwise great stay

The location was the only good thing about the place but it matters only if you have the courage to stay there...
There is absolutely no privacy. It's a SHARED apartment with anyone can walk in any time. Has only one functional bathroom/toilet with a lock which can be in use by anyone, anytime. The walls are thin & the rooms are small...I couldn't dare to stay there..had to find a different place...

Nothing
Parking was not a option, bathroom (felt we had to wear thongs in the shower) and floors, and front patio was very dirty, spit marks/ food or drinks marks on the walls, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, no top sheet, very noisy and inconsiderate other unit stayers.
We feel the price we paid was well above what it was with.
Will not stay there again or recommend anyone to.

The position is excellent. Such good value for money. The person in charge of caring for the units was very friendly and helpful. She sorted our issue out quickly. She was unaware of the key lock situation and said she would have it rectified. Otherwise no issues.
Unfortunately both rooms were opening with the one key. One of the other tenants was staying in our room and we had to wait for her to come back and the room cleaned for us. If the key didn’t open both doors then the mistake wouldn’t have happened. Not good for security either. The long term tenants downstairs could also open our doors. Lucky they seemed to be trustworthy. Once room sorted it was good

Great location, walking distance to everything. Excellent value compared to price of hotels in the city. Clean and comfortable.
Room and bed were quite small, fine for a short stay with not a lot of luggage.

This qppartment was clean, bright, and relaxing, Even though it was very central to the city it was very quiet. Great value.

At first it was a little awkward but I had to remind myself that I booked just the room and the common area is shared. Overall, it was definitely a really good experience. Especially when I only needed the bed to sleep on. It was less than a min walk to the shopping centre. Scooters were everywhere, easy to hire. Host was very welcoming. Easy self check-ins. Definitely worth the price.
The other roommate would wonder around the area and into the room he isn’t meant to be in.
