Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 4 ( pullout couch in the living room)
Newly remodeled with brand new furniture.
The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 4, queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located directly on the intracoastal with a heated pool. This unit does not have water view from the condo BUT has amazing views of the intracoastal waterway from the patio/pool area. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together.
Private entrance, full kitchen, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay!

We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area.

The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away!
There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! Other things to note Pool and patio areas are shared with 3 other condos.

Nice condo/ mini house on a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach, with a great breach cart provided. The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. We ate at "lucky fish" and were satisfied. The pool area toward the canal, is very pleasant and fun to people/boat watch. The pull-out couch and sleeper was broken, so our teens slept on the floor. I wonder if this is a sign of the times, that prior renters did not want to say anything, because they were worried about being charged incidentals. I am sure it will be fixed, since the host was very receptive when I brought this up. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and very quiet. Could not ask for more of the master bedroom.

Stayed here for 1 week and the best part was the backyard pool and canal - morning coffee watching the many boats go by. Close proximity to the beach, although the beach is 4 blocks away, it’s still a short walk. The pier is definitely not to be missed, especially at night, if you walk to the edge you’ll feel like your at the tip of a ship like Leo was in Titanic!! Great property, will definitely be back!!

We have been coming to Pompano for 4 years now. We do love the location of this condo! Very clean & comfortable. Close to the beach and pompano Pier as well as restaurants. We will be returning next year!

Great property, great location. Everything is in walking distance - the beach, restaurants, shopping. We loved sitting on the back patio watching the boats go by on the intracoastal. The place was clean and everything we needed was provided. Already booked for next year.

It was our first visit to Pompano Beach we loved our accommodations. The condo was right on the intracoastal and sitting outside and watching the boats go by was wonderful. Interacting with others staying there was interesting as we shared information about the area. The short walk to the beach and Pier was great. Quick response by hosts for questions and concerns was appreciated.

We have a fabulous stay at this property! The location is great - only 2 blocks to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area and cute decor! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the boats go by on the intracoastal. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Pompano Beach! Marilyn & Boris responded promptly and were very helpful when we had to stay an extra day due to our flight being cancelled.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. We only realized later that it was not a holiday home but a house with 4 apartments, which were built separately from each other. So we didn't have the pool to ourselves. But that wasn't a big deal, because the guests who were there were all very nice and reserved, and most of them were only there for 1 or 2 days. The view of the water is priceless. The apartment's furnishings are modern and appropriate. We weren't so happy with the bed because the mattress was very sagging, so we always had to lie in a hollow... What we were also missing was a closet or chest of drawers where we could store our clothes. Because you don't like living out of a suitcase for a week or longer. The storage room had clothes hangers, but the room was too dirty (dust, etc.) for us to want to store our clothes there. The space in the bathroom to store his cosmetics was also too small, a shelf on the wall would help. Otherwise we really liked it because the location is just great!

The condo was nice, neat and quaint. Despite being 4 condos on the property, we were afforded privacy, which was much appreciated. The property is in front of a body of water that allows you to see boats passing by. The beach is about a block away. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay . The property was clean and had all the essentials . Loved the area and short walk to the beach . We used the circuit app to get free golf cart rides anywhere we needed to go close by .

This was our second year, such a comfy, clean getaway. Located on the intercostal with a beautiful pool, two blocks to the beach and nice restaurants. A great find, can’t wait til we come back next year. Just book a joy

The condo was perfect for our short trip. Very clean, easy to find and very close to the beach. Had everything we needed including beach towels and even some kids toys which was nice since I was traveling with my child and didn't bring any. Overall perfect place.

This is our second time staying at this property in Pompano and for the money there isn’t better spot to stay. Over the past ten years my wife and have stayed in almost every hotel in the area and we think that this property offers everything you could need with more privacy than a hotel can offer. The property is clean, well maintained, well appointed with all the necessities. The pictures are spot on but they really don’t show the space you have or showcase the beauty of the location. The property may be small but we never feel cramped. If you need more space than choose the 2 bedroom option. It’s just as beautiful with a better view from your bedroom! The backyard is a beautiful private oasis offering amazing views of the inter coastal waterway. We found that to be star of the show! The location is perfect a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the best restaurants & breweries Pompano has to offer. It’s the best of both worlds it’s close but it’s secluded. It’s perfect. We will be staying as long as it is listed on VRBO from now on!!

So, after getting to the beach and realizing there was a major seaweed issue, our son made us leave the "gross" beach. He spent most of the trip in the pool and my husband even rented jet skis for the intercoastal waterway behind the condo. All in all it was a fantastic trip!

This unit will not disappoint. It is a lovely appointed unit which was recently updated. Happy place. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. The unit is within four units under one roof. The house is on the intercostal and has a lovely pool, chairs and bbqs. Do not hesitate in booking. You will be right at home. It's two blocks from the beach and restaurants. I have already booked our next stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks. The location is terrific! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very responsive with any questions you may have. The only suggestion I may have is for longer stays, such as ours; a luggage rack and/or a dresser would be helpful...not a big issue..other than that, It was a great stay!

The property manager was amazing as was the condo. I had a little difficulty with the booking because of VRBO technical issues but Marilyn was patient and accommodating which was so refreshing. The condo was clean, the location was amazing. Everything I could ask for and more. Beach chairs, wagon, toys and towels were provided which was an added bonus. Would definitely rent again and look forward to it!!
