Location is great! Easy walk into Perkins Cove for restaurants and shops. A little further walk (1-1.5 miles) for Ogunquit restaurants and shops. Host provided great information to locate unit, gain entry and was very responsive. Condo amenities as described.

Amazing little retreat close to Perkin’s Cove. Very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. Only downside , the A/C was a bit anemic and we ran out of toilet paper. Will surely make it an annual thing.

My partner and I have stayed at this property at least three times in the past four years. The host is most accommodating and the location is just perfect. I'm hoping to stay there again in the near future. This condo always feels like home away from home.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Pros: location - walking distance to the cove, near the town, clean. Cons: not many but it is small and the people walking around upstairs were loud, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Nice to have the beach chairs. It is literally just about across the street from Perkins Cove, very quiet location. If you want to walk to Ogunquit beach walk down to the marginal way in Perkins cove and it will take you there. It is a little bit of a hike but the very picturesque. Would definitely stay there again.

This property exceeded my expectations. A few minutes from Perkins Cove, a beautiful walk along the Marginal Way into Ogunquit, no need for car and parking expenses. The rental was clean, quiet, and restful. The host was helpful and attentive to my needs. I couldn't ask for more... plus a great, great price.

The location is a perfect walk away from Perkins Cove, an attractive spot for visitors. The condo is located in a quaint off the beaten path but beautiful walkway. We recommend this small but all you could need stay away from home.

Easy check in and check out process. Our stay was great and what we expected. We could walk to and from shops and to restaurants. Perkins is a beautiful spot with plenty of attractions to see. Highly recommend for a couple.

The unit was in the perfect location - literally steps from Perkins cove. Very CLEAN and comfortable! The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The unit has all the little details taken care of. I would definitely recommend and absolutely will be staying here again.

We had another wonderful stay in Ogunquit. This was the second time we stayed in this condo and we felt very comfortable. It's a short walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way never disappoints. Every turn is a beautiful picture. We just love everything Ogunquit has to offer and hope we'll make it back next year.

Loved staying here, super clean, had everything we needed and just a short walk over the bridge to Perkins cove. Love that there was a kuerig w k ups and even to go cups. Little things that mean a lot. Even an umbrella which unfortunately we needed. Mary was super nice, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Mary’s place is very cozy and well-kept, perfect for two people traveling together! It is within walking distance to Perkin’s Cove, which has lots of great restaurants. If you’re wanting to explore Main Street, you’ll want to have a vehicle to get there. We took a Lyft from the Portland airport and didn’t rent a car, so we walked to Main Street from our Vrbo and it was a bit of a trek (a little over a mile). We did discover that there are a couple golf cart taxi services though, so getting around is definitely doable if you’re without a car! This place was a great spot to land after a long day of exploring. Very comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed for a weekend trip!

PROS: Within walking distance of Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Adequate parking. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Murphy bed was comfortable enough and easy to pull down and push up. Nice pillows and clean bedding. Couch was comfy. Beautiful hardwood floors. Big flat screen t.v. with lots of channels. Adequate supply of towels. Lots of K-cups. CONS: More specific directions would have been helpful. Room was very hot when we arrived, over 80 degrees inside and outside temp was about 87. Would have been nice if the A/C was on when we arrived. The A/C unit, which islocated in the wall under the kitchen window, making it difficult to see the knobs to turn on/off and adjust. We had to get on our knees to see it and we are 71 and 81 yrs. old. The overhead light in kitchen was decorative, but useless. The liquid soap bottle in the bathroom was empty but we found a full one next to kitchen sink and switched them out. Bathroom is very small and not much storage for personal items and shower is very small. There were only 2 washcloths in entire condo for 2 people staying 4 nights, which was surprising and unacceptable! The bathroom door would not close all the way. No dish towel could be found but plenty of paper towels. Closet has some hangers but storage for other clothing was lacking. Bed mattress pad was quite warm to sleep on since it was plastic making it difficult to enjoy a good nights sleep for my spouse. Issues with the cable box and remote so had to call owner and she was helpful in giving us the phone number for Spectrum who was also helpful but we continued to have some difficulties but figured it out by day 3. Because condo is on ground level the people who were staying in unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants when walking and we heard a lot of furniture being moved around above us up until 11 p.m. and we could hear their voices.

I had a very nice stay at Mary’s condo. The place was immaculate and well equipped. I was very grateful for the Ac and the room fan because I hadn’t expected it to be so hot outside! Love the area being a very short walk to Perkin’s Cove. I would definitely stay here again perhaps in the fall.

The condo was conveniently located steps away from the ever-charming Perkins Cove and the start (or end) of the Marginal Way. Close to restaurants and shops. It was a quiet location amid trees, birds and flowers. Our first experience with a Murphy bed and it was surprisingly comfortable as was the rest of the unit. Perfect for a couple.
