Very nice. Clean, comfortable friendly staff. Breakfast was good with nice place to sit and enjoy.

Check in was easy and staff were friendly enough except for when we got into our room it had clearly not been well cleaned as we found garbage left behind in several areas, as well as the pull out bed was very dirty. We had let them know in advance there were 5 of us and would be using the pull out couch as well as the 2 beds. We had to hunt someone down for bedding for the pullout. When we told them it was still dirty from before they didn't care and just said, here is your fresh bedding. Blankets were very thin and worn. No option to turn up the heat in our room so we were all cold that night as well. No bathroom ventilation fan either so it was very humid in there after showering. (Not good for mold)
Also we didn't have enough towels in our room but just got tired of having to chase someone down for everything. When calling the front desk they said we had to go to them to pick up.

The room was a good size and it was clean.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay would recommended to anyone nice and clean.

Room was comfy and within a good price range for 2 retirees.

Room condition was poor, bathroom decoration was half finished. Windows painted shut not good for ventilation. Site looked good from the outside and position was good.

The kitchen appeared very clean, and the shower, sink and toilet were clean. But the floors were dirty and the wall by the bed plus the bathroom walls and door were dirty-- they all needed a good scrubbing.

The 2 ladies at ck in were not friendly at all. Room was recently renovated. Floors looked new. Strong smell in the room. It was obvious base boards were removed and put back without touch up painting. Looked rather cheap. AC was not strong. First hotel/motel we've stayed at with no hair dryer. Bathroom window was painted shut.
Room was relatively clean.

This place is a little out of the way, but totally walkable. The suite was beautiful and spacious. A great find

I was surprised by the update room, very nice and clean.

The room was spacious but appeared to be under renovation during our stay. Lighting fixtures were missing, paint was missing from multiple spots on the walls and furniture was not fully installed. The flooring was new but had yet to be cleaned leaving your feet black with polish when you walked on it. Once everything is finished it is going to be a beautiful room but it would have been nice to know that renovations were occurring during our stay.

The thermostat in our cabin was broke but we just thought it wasn't working well. What we notified the front desk, they sent someone quickly. We were offered another room, but declined since we were settled and loved our cabin, so they provided a space heater. Our stay was much more enjoyable after that.

We had a pleasant stay at Ogunquit Tides. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Would stay again. Excellent location and price. Lovely to offer the 24/7 snacks and breakfast on-the-go. Playground 10min walk away. Town 10mins walk. Very reasonable price for a perfect getaway.

I would suggest to upgrade the hotels pictures on expedia. you still have red carpet & curtains, which is not very appealing. I almost did not booked because of that. Thanks

Loved the pool & walkable to the beach & town. Very convenient & exactly what we were looking for. The inside of the rooms (walls, ceilings, doors) were very dirty with wear and tear. Overall, We had a great family weekend together in Ogunquit at the Tides Resort!

Clean and comfortable. Great location

The Tides is an upscale motel in Ogunquit with an interesting location by the river. Walking to the beach is accessible only at low tide, so check the times posted at the front desk and don’t get caught out. Walking back to the motel the long way could be very difficult in bare feet! The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The room was a bit musty and some of the windows wouldn’t open, but there was fine, and the roomy shower had great water pressure. Decent value for the money, especially in Ogunquit.

Quintessential American motel experience. Warm friendly staff. Good bed. Ok breakfast, however unsustainable plastic cutlery and cups. Spacious room. Shoddy repainting in the bathroom.

Able to walk down and view the water

The room floors were dirty when we arrived. The refrigerator is too small for a family room. You can see they are working on things, which is great. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Just wished it was a bit cleaner and had a better set up for the kitchen, 2 pans, 1 fork, no cooking utensils etc.

We love the location and the room met our needs. We had issues with WiFi only reason for a 4 star review

Nice property, was excited to swim in the outdoor pool but it was closed. Indoor pool was nice but there were fire protection pipes not fully functional- hm.. suite we had was nice but the couch and chairs were very stiff. They did offer cheaper bike rates after I had negotiated with them considering the pool was closed but never ended up using them.
