Bay Colony 763 is a lower-level unit in the Bay Colony area, that is front and center to the beautiful lakefront. This grand lakefront unit will have you eating breakfast in the living room, while watching the sunrise and enjoying the quietness before the hustle and bustle of the summer days. This unit located just walking distance away from the East Side of Gull Lake, which easily brings the beauty of the sand and sun to you. Bay Colony 763 is the lower-level lakefront unit that is at the heart of everything Gull Lake has to offer, like being close to your boat lift or pontoon rental and always being close to a sandy beach. Bay Colony has plenty of amenities that are just exclusive to the area. Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the community propane grills, or lounge around the firepit while watching the sunset. Host a nice game of poker outside on the picnic tables, while the kids are playing a friendly game of cornhole. Bay Colony is a true Gull Lake vacation spot, one where lifetime traditions are made.

No smoking, house parties, no pets, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Gull Lake Beach Resort properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.
GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement.
DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!

Such a lovely place to base your group on the Gull chain!

It was a beautiful place, comfortable and amazing views. The only downside is they did not have a lot of kitchen accessories, so may be helpful to bring your own.

Stayed for two nights and property was well maintained both inside and outside. Definitely pride taken by owners/managers. Plenty of space for four with nice amenities. The only negative was we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking and talking. I would recommend booking an upstairs unit,

We had a fantastic time at Bay Colony this past week! Unit 763 was perfect for our group of 8 (four adults & four children), especially the spacious bedrooms (with super-comfy beds!) and bathrooms. Our view of the lake was breathtaking, and we loved being just steps away from the beach for paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming. The grounds were beautifully kept, and all of the resort staff were friendly and helpful.
One *tiny* request would be to have the kitchen better stocked (e.g. more serving dishes, such as salad bowls, and some basic spices/oil other than salt & pepper). Overall, we loved GLBR and its perfect mix of privacy and activity. Looking forward to returning to the lake!

We had a fantastic time at Bay Colony this past week! Unit 763 was perfect for our group of 8 (four adults & four children), especially the spacious bedrooms (with super-comfy beds!) and bathrooms. Our view of the lake was breathtaking, and we loved being just steps away from the beach for paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming. The grounds were beautifully kept, and all of the resort staff were friendly and helpful.
One *tiny* request would be to have the kitchen better stocked (e.g. more serving dishes, such as salad bowls, and some basic spices/oil other than salt & pepper). Overall, we loved GLBR and its perfect mix of privacy and activity. Looking forward to returning to the lake!
