Stay was fine, it's just the breakfast issue that put me off

the room was big enough and gave you freedom to move around easily

The breakfast that they said they provide, was only rusks which I don't eat. The milk was an open milk which was half on the box already

On the website it did say two beds were available. but only a double bed was in the room. Our men are not comfortable sleeping in the same bed.

Warm Clean & Cosy Gem of a Place

Cost clean and comfortable little unit ideal for an overnight stay. Lively generous continental breakfast included in the price with a heart selection of juice, yoghurt, confectionery and hot drinks. Loved the clean extra duvets and blankets (necessity on cold winter evenings). Small but equipped functional kitchen for those wanting to prepare quick meals.

Shower handle popped out when trying to adjust direction. Also curtains at entrance were not secured and kept popping out.

Breakfast is complimentary, you get a variety of things like fruit, cereal, tea/coffee, juice, etc Due to a mix up. I was contacted and told about it. Alternate arrangements for our accommodation had to be made... Which was done prior to the call. They ensured I was accommodated and breakfast provided at another property. This here, is the epitome of True Customer Service. My gratitude and appreciation go out to Dr Vahed and Melissa for the above. Thank you, guys! Please note... I've rated the property as, I have been booked in here a few times , hence I am accustomed to the property and all it has to offer.

the breakfast, i wish there were at least 2 options. a simple sandwish would be better than what was served to us, that breakfast is for white people.

Relaxing and Peaceful stay over.

Very friendly hostess. The location is perfect as it's close to the CBD. Very peaceful area with minimal noise levels. Has everything you'd need as it's self catering. No stress about load shedding as there's back up power.

Value for money at end of the day, convenient location. Security was good.

Take away breakfast so good. When we eventually got access to property from helper she was very accommodating. The contact person did come and meet us and apologized for the delay to access the accomodation. 0

Kitchenette could have been a little better although we didn't use it. Glass shelf in shower was loose, nearly fell and broke 😒.

Nice place for overnight.

Breakfast that was included and brought to the room.

The location of the aircon is very bad. Unable to get circulation through the room. We arrived on a hot day, and the room was unbearable. Shower door also not working properly.

Superb

Ebrahim and Rashida went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was very easy and seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's very quiet and I was able to have my virtual meetings peacefully while my son was also able to do his school work comfortably. The loft is close to malls and very easy to locate.This was our second time staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
