About this villa rental

Step away from the insanity of the modern world here in our oasis. Just minutes from countless cultural offerings and outdoor activities, this pristine property features TWO separate homes. Connected by a tastefully designed walkway, they offer a unique environment for a getaway, vacation, work retreat, or multi-family pandemic escape. The main house is a renovated farmhouse from the late 1800s, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a wood burning fireplace, formal dining room, chef's kitchen (with breakfast nook) featuring Le Creuset and All Clad cookware, and a great room (with queen sleep sofa) with views of Lenox Mountain and Mt. Greylock. The guesthouse is a stunning newly renovated barn, with a gorgeous kitchen also featuring Le Creuset and All Clad cookware, floor to ceiling windows with insane views of the mountains, and two bedrooms on separate floors, each with their own bath. Both homes have their own washer dryers, smart TVs, etc, but can be combined to give large groups much needed space in these times.
At the foot of Lenox Mountain, connected to the trail system, and a 10 minute drive from towns of Lenox and West Stockbridge. 25 minutes from ski mountains Jiminy Peak and Butternut. 9 minutes from the Tangelwood main gate. 5 minutes to Richmond Town Beach, 1 minute to Bartlett's Farm Store (apples, donuts, bacon).

The location is amazing - there is a stunning view of Lenox Mountain out the back with pastoral setting and a well maintained yard. Just sitting in the back yard and the deck and taking in the view is a great highlight. The property is one mile walk to a few lovely trailheads and to a cute local market and a 10 - 15 minute drive to Lenox, West Stockbridge, and Pittsfield. The Tanglewood complex, the Norman Rockwell Museum, and Audubon's Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary are all incredibly close. The neighborhood is very quiet, rural and peaceful. The hosts are extremely nice and excellent and responsive communicators and have very reasonable expectations of guests. It is an interesting quirky layout of two houses with plenty of charm. We had no issues with the property during our one week stay. Good value for the money for an extended family group. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

This place was exceptional. The property was just as described. Beautiful setting, clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family here in the area for a wedding. The hosts were wonderful and were very responsive to any questions we had. We would rebook in a second if we were back in the area.

Lovely property with awesome views and plenty of space to spread out. Everything we wanted to see in the Berkshires was 15-20 minutes away.

This property has a beautiful setting with great views. My whole family enjoyed our stay, from a 92 year-old great-grandmother to a set of two-year-old twins. The beds and living areas were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked.

Wondeful stay that exceed our expectations
This property was everything we could have hoped for! We were 6 colleagues running the backend of a virtual event, the space, and reliable high-speed internet were perfect for working and being able to relax at the end of each day. With two houses there was more than enough room for all of us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.
The setting was so serene and peaceful, yet close to anything we needed from grocery stores to restaurants. Eric and Aoife offered wonderful recommendations for where to go during our free time.
They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure everything was in working order. I hope to return in the future and be able to enjoy all tha the area has to offer.

Wonderful family vacation
We rented both the barn and the farmhouse and enjoyed our week so much! We visited local towns and our alma mater, Williams, with 2 of our teens. We were treated to a fabulous concert at Tanglewood complete with a picnic on the lawn beforehand. The owners were responsive and friendly and communication was seamless. Highly recommended!!!!
