Whatever takes your fancy, this beautifully appointed fully self-contained villa, will make your holiday in Dunsborough very memorable.
The open plan living/dining area with its high ceilings and walls of windows to enjoy the outlook, gives you plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a huge fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, 900mm oven & cooktop, plenty of crockery & cookware plus stone bench tops, allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze. The dining table will seat 8 guests and has a stunning feature pendant light to create the ultimate ambiance. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.
There's a lovely soft leather lounge suite, a large flat screen smart TV connected to the internet, a DVD player, WIFI plus a soundbar for playing your favourite music. The sliding doors stack back to bring the outdoors inside and create an entertainer's dream. The kitchen and dining area have reverse cycle air-conditioning to set the room to the perfect temperature.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a queen bed in one room and 2 long single beds which can be joined together to make a King bed in the other bedroom. Both have huge cupboards and built in drawers plus smart TV's connected to the internet. Each room has a ceiling fan plus reverse cycle air-conditioning for your perfect sleeping temperature all year round.
The bathrooms are both tiled to the ceiling with stunning feature walls of marble mosaics. The laundry is tucked away and is comprised of a washer, dryer & sink with ironing facilities available.
The large wrap around North facing, covered deck area overlooks the bushland and has a lounge plus a table that will seat 6 guests. There is an outdoor warm shower, to rinse off after the beach and a 2 car carport. Entertaining during all seasons will be possible within this protected deck area. Enjoy summer evenings sharing a BBQ with friends while listening to the birds and maybe even seeing a kangaroo or two.
Perfectly situated for exploring the wineries, beaches, Eagle Bay, Yallingup, the Margaret River Gourmet Escape & the Leeuwin Concert weekend, as you can catch the shuttle bus from Dunsborough to Leeuwin Estate.
Extra car parking bays are almost directly at the front of the villa for your convenience.
