You can hear all the noises from the street

The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is within walking distance to Mayo Clinic
I wish they had more food options

All staff members were extremely helpful and nice. I would stay there again!

Spacious! Clean! Yoga my and exercise ball in my room!!!!
Can’t think of anything.
4.5
The facilities were clean, and amenities were plentiful. The location was perfect - not in the heart of the hospital, so you never really leave the medical setting (if you're in Rochester for medical visits, which we were), but not so far out you have to drive to appointments. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The value was great!
We had a small technical glitch trying to access Chromecast, but it was fixed within 24 hours. Honestly, my only real complaint was parking. I feel like, if you have to pay for parking, there should be ample parking available. There were two nights we went exploring and came back after 9pm, and there were no parking spaces available. We parked in what was clearly not a parking space, we weren't the only ones.

The breakfast was great! The location to Mayo was perfect and the shuttle to the clinic was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful!
The entire stay was great! I have nothing bad to say about our stay!
2.5
It was clean. There was a refrigerator, desk and one chair. It had a bathroom
One chair, no table to eat on. We were not allowed to use their dining room. No food. We had to find an outside source for food. No microwave . Only one chair. I asked for an extra one but no one brought one. Very hard bed.

It was a nice facility and big rooms for a family.
Some of the employees weren’t as friendly.
4.5
good
maintenance response
4.5
Fitness center. Along with having an exercise ball, foam roller and bands in the room.
Great television size
Shower was great with water pressure and wand.
Breakfast was mostly carbs (muffins, bagels, toast, waffles). Yogurt was too sweet ( get some Greek or Dannon light and fit). Would be nice to see some more low carb options beyond bacon and eggs. Fruit would be nice like grapes, berries, bananas
4.5
Parking garage was too small
5.0
Clean and comfortable and close to all my Mayo Clinic appointments and I could walk.
No continental breakfast.
5.0
The cleanliness of the room and the exceptional staff!
I wish they had a complimentary continental breakfast. When you are running to Mayo for appointments you need something quick.
4.5
Didn't eat breakfast. Were short of time for an appointment at Mayo plus didn't like the $14 surcharge.
Check in person gave us the wrong room number so my husband had to go back down to find out our room. Checking out there was only one person and we needed to get to my appointment. The man complaining about something about his room because there was a wedding kept repeating himself... The person in charge kept repeating that she'd talk to her manager. I finally tossed our room keys at her so we could get our print out. This is not the usual way I would check out of a nicer hotel. Your receptionists need more training!!!!!!! Only one chair in the room on which to sit. There were two of us needing a seat and we didn't take kindly to the gray ball for a seat.
4.5
New and clean. Nice little restaurant in the hotel. All the amenities included.
Very slippery shower floor. Didn't know you could request a shower mat until check out. Was only there one night. Outlet did not work in bathroom. But staff was friendly and quick to rectify the situation.

Everything was great!
I just saw a charge for $50.00 and we did not buy anything extra while there. I had paid for the room when I booked it. I want my $50.00 refunded

Underground parking was an excellent perk but it wasn't clear when I
1) booked my hotel stay 2) entered the garage 3) checked in that I'd be required to pay $15 for parking.
Only at checkout did I learn about this, and obviously I was obligated to pay via my TV w/o any opportunity to dispute this charge with a live human. Being upfront about the charge is way better/wiser than last minute surprises.

I love the spacious rooms!
The shower was a little slippery.
3.5
Breakfast was great and staff working it very helpful.
One desk chair in room. Was there for surgery and one desk chair didn't cut it for us having to be in room a lot even eating in room. Not comfortable setting on edge of bed and no table to pull up to it. If I have to come back to Mayo will look for room with small table and 2 chairs.

Great Gym. all very clean and new facilities

Cork and Ale menu and wait staff
Hotel not handicap accessible- no grab bars at all in shower. No mat mat for slippery shower florro. Tiolet paper holder awkward to use.
Please inform guests in confirmation of rooms how to access the garage. We tried, couldn't gain entrance so had to walkup many steep stairs to get to main desk.
Whole new building lacked warmth. Needs plants and pictus on the walls in rooms and halls.

You guys did not disappoint! Everything about our stay was perfect. Will be returning!
The exit out is just a little confusing, but the woman at the front desk did tell us this. Maybe more signs and arrows.
