A fantastic holiday home in a great location. This is the second time we have stayed here. The facilities are brilliant. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The accommodation is laid out well with plenty of space. Parking just outside and suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
It has a lovely decor which is a seaside theme.
The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. We prepared all meals and chose not to eat out.
It's very close to the wonderful yaverland beach.
As it is on a cliff top mobile signal is patchy, usually not working. There is no WiFi.
We took our own fan as it was very hot when we went.

Beach is close & the property has everything you would need as I was worried about pots and pans plates etc but it had it all we started finding extra things towards the end of our holiday. In all the property was well equipped and we were happy.
This has nothing to do with the property itself but weather wasn't good for July as we didn't think we were going to have to pack rain coats, however we did have some sunny days and sandown carnival was great and to be fair there wasn't anything I didn't like accept I wish the shower water pressure was better but for the kids coz they are smaller it was good

The Location was just what we wanted. If you like to walk and like or have a dog then this is a great place to stay. I think the location of our chalet was one of the best. The Kitchen was well equiped and the bathroom was spacious for this type of accommodation. If you want quiet in the evenings then this is the place for you.
The picture art was lovely and made the place more individual. The floors were easy to keep clean as laminated.
The general condition of the surroundings was tired, and if i had been in most of the other chalet locations i would not have been happy. They didnt have as good as an outlook as Number 35, and for that we were very grateful. There are a few buildings in derillict condition. The kitchen needed some small sharp knives and tuppleware. A rug in the lounge area would have made it feel more homely, with a handheld hoover to use.

It's an excellent location, and just about has a sea view. It has a very comfy bed and all the equipment you could need. The layout makes good use of the space and we did not use the 2nd bedroom but it had a double with a single bunk above with would be useful for larger families. The artwork on the walls was local and added to the feeling of a more luxurious chalet. The others we have stayed in had £1 electric meters but this one did not so another plus. The shower was always hot and the decked front area was very useful in the sunny days we had. I would definitely recommend this chalet. The location is perfect, walking distance to Sandown and really close, 10 minute walk, to Yaverland beach which is nice and quiet too. I would definitely book again!
Nothing, it was great!

The views.
No instructions on use of shower, heating or cooker. Images of chalet show a cooling fan but there wasn't one. Prior to holiday we asked if there was an iron and ironing board available and was told no so we brought our own, but there was both available on arrival. Only 1 tea towel and a broken blind in kitchen which I fixed myself. Loose toilet seat and only 1 toilet roll. No decking furniture possibly locked away in the bench. Frying fans were unusable due to non stick being damaged that would be a risk to health to use them. Shower base was making cracking noises so only used once due to fear that I would end up paying for it from my deposit.

Nothing!

Nice location for walking out, reasonably quiet.
Heating unit needed resetting at least twice per day.
Electric via 50p meter, wasn't too hungry.
