We had a great stay at Azure 101! The condo is VERY near the parking garage, which made unloading very convenient. We found a clean, well-stocked condo with everything we needed.
Our group was 3 couples & 6 children ages 3-16, and everyone had fun. Each family had their own bathroom. The king beds were WONDERFUL. The kids loved the bunk room. The queen bunks allowed for them to share comfortably.
One minor issue was addressed promptly and resolved to our complete satisfaction.
We LOVED being on the first floor at the end of the building. The pool was just outside our back door, but we still had privacy. The walk to the beach was short. We didn't even bring much with us because it was so easy to walk back for snacks, sunscreen touch-ups, etc.
Our only "complaint" (if you can call it that) was the prohibition of hanging towels on the outside railing. We understand the purpose is to maintain the aesthetic, which is reasonable. However, the result is that towels are hung EVERYWHERE inside the condo - over doors, chairs, shower rods, etc. And that is both inconvenient for guests because they don’t dry and damaging to the condo owner’s property. There need to be towel hooks on every available wall inside the condo.
This was a minor hiccup in a wonderful trip that we’ll remember for a very long time. We appreciate the efforts of the owner and staff to present and maintain such a nice property with such thought and care for guests. We would love to stay at Azure 101 again!

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for six adults and three children. We love being steps from the pool but yet plenty of privacy on the corner. The walk to the beach was easy too. Kids loved it. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Check in was easy. No issues. We enjoyed our patio too. The laundry room was one of the best I have seen. We would definitely book this condo again. The kids bunk room was a big plus.

The view is spectacular. There is an easy and very convenient access to the pool and the beach. Wednesday night we walked to the fishing pier…much to our surprise, we witnessed a spectacular fireworks display. Apparently, they do fireworks every Wednesday night on the pier during the summer! We were fishing that night and stayed till 4 a.m. fishing We caught a ton of fish! The condo is the perfect spot. It’s located nearest the parking garage. There is plenty of handicap parking. We used 3 of them with our group. There are handcarts in the lobby to help transport luggage, groceries and other supplies. The condo is an end unit that is very private. It appears to be soundproof—my bunch was loud and no one complained about the noise. We felt at home in this unit. The 4 queen bunk beds are fun to sleep in after a long and hot day in the pool or beach. Each bunk had its own light. The other 3 rooms were spacious and comfy. The 3 full bathrooms were used often and at the same time. No issues with hot water running out. This was the Perfect place to spend Memorial Day week! Plenty of restaurants to walk to, so no need to worry about driving in Tourist traffic to find food. There is a gas station a block away. Publix grocery store a mile or 2 nearby! We give this place 24 thumbs up! Thank you!

The bad things: The master king bed was fine but the other two king beds were AWFUL. Mattresses were bad and beds squeaked everytime you moved. My daughters hated the beds. Wifi was very poor in bunkbed room. Only two dishwashing tablets, small dish soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week for 13 guests is awful. Only 11 glasses in unit that sleeps 14. Dryer took forever to dry. AC was very loud when it was running. Does need some updates to fix minor cosmetic issues. Good things: Ground floor, easy access to pool and beach. Large tvs in every room. Plenty of cooking tools. Gym. Messaged issues and very fast at returning call. Brought more glasses, got new remote. Did Not fix dryer or even try. Overall, it was OK. It needs new king beds ASAP.

The unit was very well stocked with kitchen items and linens. So convenient to walk right out to the pool and the beach. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room for all. I would highly recommend this for a family get together and I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

It was perfect! Bigger than we all expected - great location - great beach access. As with all condos, needed a few minor repairs but overall we totally enjoyed and would book it again.

We absolutely loved it. Conveniently close to the beach and the pool. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the pier. Roomy for our multi generational family of 11. Very clean well furnished. The queen quad bunk beds were a big hit with our granddaughters. Each bunk bed had independent lights. Well maintained grounds and staff was readily available. Inside the unit it was very quiet we could not hear others beside or above us. Ample parking with the parking decks. Lots of closets and storage. We have stayed at places were the owners had most of the closets locked. The gym was well maintained.
Movie night and fireworks at the pier were a big hit with the granddaughters.
We have been to the Destin area for years but never stayed in this area we already booked it for next year. There is no more hours of searching for me. That I am grateful for 😆. It had everything we wanted and needed.

The condo was awesome! New appliances and couches. Well stocked kitchen with all things you need. Great location to walk out to the pool and a grassy area and beach. We've stayed here 3x and it won't be the last!

Condo was VERY spacious and loved the location on the ground floor. Just a few steps away to get to the beach and pool areas, but in the end for a great feeling of privacy! Covered parking in the parking garage was a huge plus as well! The unit really did have all the amenities of home... the washer and dryer were really nice sized for a family too! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone's comfort! Will definitely be staying again!!

The stay and the customer service was great. The only downfall would be the beds. Everyone had issues with all of them being too stiff. Recommend getting some with more support. Left 5-stars because that was the only downfall.

This was our first stay at Azure. It couldn't have worked out any better for our family of 10. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. Loved being on the ground floor with easy access to the pools and beach.

Truly enjoyed the stay at Azure 101. The location was perfect...first floor, close to the pool and ocean view. With 6 kids in tow, these are definitely requirements for a successful vacation.

Our family of ten stayed in this condo for a week. At first, we were worried that we would be on top of one another but with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed. The location of this condo was also in the perfect location within the complex, a short walk from the parking garage (no waiting for the elevator) and close to the picnic/grill area. Walking right out the balcony to the pool and the beach was also super convenient. The property managers were also very easy to communicate with and made great recommendations. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo - some upgrades needed
The condo and complex was beautiful and very clean - I completely understand the amount of people who use the condo so I understand the wear and tear on some items. One bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. Dishwasher was hard to operate - buttons worn out - washer and dryer need to be thoroughly cleaned and worked on - dryer was very loud and thumping on certain settings. Oven was difficult to operate. DEFINITELY need better skillets. Lots of pots but the skillets are no longer non stick and super scratched. I would definitely consider a stay again but for the price I would hope these things would be better.

This condo is well maintained, ground floor, & a beautiful view of the gulf. It was so easy to bring things into this ground floor condo from the parking garage or main entrance. Then when we wanted to go to the pool or the beach, we just walked onto the patio, out the gate, and within a few steps we were at the pool. A few more steps from there we were on the beautiful white beaches. This was perfect for children and grandchildren to enjoy the direct access. There was beach service supplied, so all we needed to do is reserve our spot for the week and it was all set up for us. David at Coastal Vibe Vacations, and his team are very responsive if we had any needs at all, which is nice to know when vacationing. Beautiful place to stay. Will be back!

Family Vacation
Everything was fantastic! The condo was beautiful and clean. Building security walked the property several times a day. The beach service guys were friendly. The property pools were huge!! The condo is huge and the location was great.

We LOVED the bunk bed room for the kids! Their beds were so comfortable and they really felt like "big kids" sharing a room with their older cousins! The condo was so convenient with the walk-out off of the back patio right out to the pool and beach, but being on the end corner we had privacy which was great! Also, the kitchen was stocked with wonderful cooking essentials, we didn't have to ask neighbors to borrow a thing! LOL! The condo very comfortably fit 10 of us but could have easily accommodated more! Highly recommend Azure 101 and booking through Coastal Vibe they were very communicative and quick to respond! We had a running toilet and needed our patio lightbulb changed, and their maintenance came out same day and very nice!

This Vacation Home was perfect for our Family getaway. The Bunk Room was perfect for the kids to have their own space. Each couple having their own King Size bed was a plus as well. As always, the FWB/Destin area was amazing with many great places to eat and clean beaches. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious place to get away. Being on the Ground floor is also a plus to walk right out the back door to the pool.

Thank you for the amazing condo! My whole family had a great time that week. The weather was perfect and we will be back. The condo location was perfect for everything we had planned, such as dining, beach, pool, and even shopping. We walked everywhere. The condo was supplied, cleaned and very convenient for all 12 of us. The only concern were the king beds in the other two rooms. They were uncomfortable and very loud when you laid on them. The only recommendation I would give is to upgrade the king beds. Thanks again

Beautiful accommodations for a large family getaway!
We enjoyed the convenience of the the walkout pool and beach access. The four bedrooms were very comfortable and everyone had space to be together or get away and breath. Worked out well for all of us. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer in the unit is full sized and very handy. Loved this place!
