Gorgeous home with ample space for everyone. Beautiful deck overlooking the tarn across highway 9. Easy access to Breck to the north and trails to the south. Hot tub was lovely, kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of seating around the enormous dining table. The road noise from highway 9 was a concern when sitting on deck but the view is spectacular.

Kind of noisy along the highway. Never got a text to get Code. Might consider email only. Otherwise it was grwt

We had a party of 9 in our 7 day stay. Plenty of room for all of us! Hot tub was wonderful along with the steam shower. Deck was nice to have drinks and appetizers daily. Beds were comfy along with the bedding. We had dinner almost every night around the huge table which we appriciated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for us making some memories.

This home was just beyond Breckenridge that allowed us an opportunity to feel a bit removed, overlooking a lake (through a few trees). We even saw a couple of moose (baby moose too).
The home was so warm and inviting our group choose to cook in rather than go out. We enjoyed the deck and view.

Great house. Close in to Breckenridge. Great spring break skiing trip. More room than 8 of us needed. But the centerpiece of our stay was the huge dining room table between the kitchen and the living room. It was the staging area for every day's events and then the gathering place in the evening to talk about our adventures or play games.

Excellent location and the house is great.

We rented the home for a Breckenridge and Copper mountain ski trip. We had friends rent two nearby homes, and of the three homes rented this one was by far the nicest. The bedrooms were actually nicely sized, the beds comfortable, and overall it felt like someone actually cared about thenhouse. Really enjoyed having an upstairs and downstairs living room, as well as the steam room. The house is also downright spacious for eight people.

Beautiful house and view! Was clean and fit everyone comfortably. The view is fabulous! Easy check in and check out process. We loved the hot tub, internet and streaming worked great! Quick 5min or less drive to Breck and 20 min drive to Frisco. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars: con is road noise— if you can’t stand road noise then I do not recommend staying here. It didn’t bother me sleeping with a fan/sound machine but it really bothered my husband & kids at night.

We had a wonderful time using the house as our base camp…close to everything Breckinridge! We skied, hiked, and used the ample space in the home for meals, games and using the hot tub after long days of fun.

This was an amazing house to stay in. You are a couple of minutes from Breckenridge Main Street. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. A big thing I look forward to on our snowboard trips is the hot tub and let me just say that this one is amazing. With now coming down all day and 5 people being in there the tub never dropped below 102 degrees, that's great! There is a lot of good things to list but ill keep it short and sweet. Its a great house for a big group.

My wife and I took our 6 children (ages 10-27) for a family ski vacation - we were looking for a large comfortable space that would serve a very diverse group and this home did not disappoint. It was extremely spacious with multiple separate/private spaces for everyone to get the alone time they needed and a massive great room/kitchen for all of the time we wanted to spend together. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to make magnificent meals, which was important to us because we're one of those families that LOVES cooking and eating together. the ski resort was a quick 8 minute drive down the mountain and the hot tub on our back deck was the perfect apres ski activity for the whole family. Sitting there in the bubbling hot water with snow gently drifting down on us was nothing short of magical. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to bring a group of people together comfortably for a trip to Breck. We will be back.

The house was the perfect place for us to enjoy a week hitting the slopes and enjoying our family! Lots of family meals!

The property itself was quite average. A bit dated but was to be expected. I own and manage 3 short term vacation rental properties(also listed on VRBO platform) so I am well versed with the challenges. After we arrived and unpacked all of our Christmas decor and gifts, etc. etc. We were exhausted from travel and decided to retire to our bedroom. My Children and elderly parents became violently ill over the next few hours. Vomitting and headaches and dizzy. A strong odor of gas filled the entire home. My husband immediately called Pinnacle(management company) as well as began to open up house to relieve dangerous gas fumes in sub zero temperatures. Before Pinnacle even responded the Breckenridge Fire Department arrived in full gas masks and scary gear and ordered everyone to evacuate the home in the middle of the night in our pajamas with no belongings. The fire department stated that the Carbon Monoxide levels throughout the home were above lethal (deadly) levels and all of our lives were in danger. We sat in freezing weather as they tested us one by one with a device from paramedics. All of the children were at blood level concentration above 10(should be hospitalized) because there were NO carbon monoxide detectors in the mechanical room at all. This is the source of the leak on lower level. We later found out from Pinnacle(all documented via text) that the home owner was previously aware of a leak probloem with the boiler and needed repair!!!! We eventually were relocated to another propery during the night with no clothes, food, medicine or toiletries. We were not allowed to return to the property we paid PREMIUM dollar for until late the next afternoon and lost approximately $2000 in lift tickets and reservations. We are all being examined by our PCP back in Texas because we still have residual effects of the poison.
My entire family would be DEAD in our beds at Christmas if my child did not wake us. This is gross misconduct and egregious neglect of safety on the part of the home owner, the management company and VRBO per my attorney. The faulty existing CO2 dectectors were replaced and additional CO2 detectors added to the crucial rooms after our near death experience OR I would not have allowed the family after us to check in.
Secondly, the oven was unable to be used the Entire 8 days we stayed at the property! We reported this within an hour of check in! We had to throw away $500 of Christmas groceri

Great for families
Great property for families with grown children. Everyone had their own space and there was even a great place for our 12 month old grandson to sleep.

Have just returned from 8 nights stay at Grande view on the Blue and we loved it!We were 2 families visiting from the U.K. and there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s a couple of miles outside Breck to the south but in a gorgeous woodland area that was really quiet. The beds were comfortable , the fore a lovely addition, and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. We skied Breck, Vail and Beaver Creek and even though an hour or so drive to the other two it was easily done and the scenery en route was gorgeous. Everything worked well in the house and it was a really comfortable stay. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and we left a couple of sledges for use for future guests.Pinnacle lodging responded quickly to our enquiries and were professional and prompt. We would thoroughly recommend the property! Thank you for having us !

Breckenridge on the Blue
We enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed, plenty of bathroom items, and the kitchen was stocked well. We did not have to buy any extra soap, DW detergent, tp, or paper towels. Bed linens were very nice in our MBR on the main floor and the towels looked brand new. The mattress was very comfortable. A little disappointed they were draining the Tarn/lake. It would have been a fantastic view otherwise. We would definitely stay there again!
