**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

This condo was very clean and actually nicer than the photos. Great oceanfront location. Love being at Sea Colony with all of the amenities.

I liked that the condos are not so close together that you feel smashed, but not so far apart that you can't enjoy the amenities. Sea Colony should vastly improve its signage — we received clear instructions to ONLY park the car in the designated spot, but drove around for 20 minutes trying to find it before giving up, only to see printed signs posted in the lobby that it was free-for-all parking until 5/15. Then once you're in the lobby, there is no signage to direct you to which side of the building your room is on, so you just pick a direction and wander. On the plus side, we greatly appreciated finding carts by the elevators to help us bring our things inside!
Additionally, Sea Colony boasts a tremendous amount of amenities on its website, but it was a little challenging figuring out what was nearby and open until we arrived. However, we were thrilled to discover the indoor pool and hot tub one building over!
The condo itself is very clean and well stocked with plates and cups, and has a great view of the beach. I am not convinced the one bed is a queen, it looks more like a full, but maybe the sofa was a pullout with queen? The twin beds room is directly across from the trash room, so plan to bring earplugs.

Loved sea colony but you can definitely tell which condos are home owners with Vrbo. The other 2 units were much cleaner and updated

Kept doors and windows closed and apartment was very humid at 72-74 degrees. Also called about burned out lights, but no one came to replace.

Great condo with pool and beach views. Seems like new flooring/carpet throughout which makes a huge difference in Sea Colony condos. Den serves as a 3rd bedroom so condo can accommodate 5 or 6 comfortably. I would definitely stay here again. Note: Parking space is not covered, it is in the lot in front of Farragut - circled many times trying to find it.

The beach and pool. The whole location was very clean and family friendly.

We have stayed in this unit before and really enjoy it! The view is excellent and directly onto the pool and then beach. You can easily see your family members down at the regular and kiddie pools.
The location on the second floor is ideal because if you don't want to take the elevators, you're only a floor away from beach/pool level.
With four children, we enjoy being at Farragut because of the kiddie pool, shaded tables within the kiddie pool area, and close proximity to the deli at Edgewater next door.
Although it isn't as obvious with the new vacasa website (as opposed to Wyndham), this is actually a 2BR+Den unit so essentially a 3BR unit since the den has a door. (The den has a fold out couch.)
We also loved the new wooden blinds that swing open and enjoyed opening the windows during the first couple of evenings that were cool as a result.
Last, this unit has an end parking spot for those who want a little extra room when parking.
Sea Colony is wonderful for families and this unit in particular is ideal for our family!
