The apartment wasn’t provided in time (30 min delay). It wasn’t clean, either because it requires capital remodeling or because their cleaning personnel were not experienced. The A/C system is noisy and inefficient: all bedrooms had no fresh air. And it was obviously an old issue, because extra funs were already in the rooms. Their coffee machine Keurig is an absurd. It is ok in hotels, which provide coffee cups every day. Here guests were supposed to buy those cups themselves. Keurig is bad anyway. The worst type of coffee machines in the world. What else? We enjoyed our trip because and only because we spent it with our relatives and best friends. Ocean was good as before. Vrbo needs A LOT of work to improve their service.
