There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This spacious home was a wonderful background to our family's vacation. Everyone loved their room, the kitchen and living room were wonderful places to gather, and even on the rainy days, no one minded spending time here. ❤️

The unit was certainly spacious and bright. The side yard is great for yard games and is close to the aquatic center. However, the housekeeping is a bit underwhelming. Had to call them back to clean out kitchen sink and to provide more pillow cases. There was stuff found in corners in bathrooms and under furniture, so a cursory clean was what was given. The unit itself is okay.. feel it has been rented a lot so had that lived in feel with walls needing cleaning. But.. Sea Colony is great.. and we all thought this vaca was our best one yet.

Beautiful and comfortable home for the 9 of us. We loved the amenities at Sea Colony. The yard and trees were a bonus! Loved the sun porch as well! Had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and great location
This is our 11th year at Sea Colony and our first time in this unit. Love the layout of this unit - plenty of space for everyone. Great location - very close to shuttle, pool and fitness center. Will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future.

Lovely respite
After much consideration and debate, we decided to keep our Sea Colony reservation and we’re so glad we did. It was a very different vacation, but a much needed respite. It was easy to social distance on the beach, which was significantly less crowded than usual, but a little more difficult in the swimming pools, especially with our young ones. Almost everyone wore masks where required. We had planned to have a larger group , so for the first time we rented in Sea Colony West. We missed the ocean view, but greatly appreciated the extra space in the townhouse and yard for the kids to play in. The house was great! It is located towards the back of the complex and was very quiet. I usually bring some basic kitchen tools with me, because I often find them lacking. Not so here- the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the house was full of light, the lighting was good for reading, we enjoyed grilling in the back and eating in the sunroom. We especially appreciated the bicycles, which we used to go back and forth to the beach, and the beach chairs. I would definitely rent this property again!

This property was excellent. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which made eating in very easy. It was very clean and located in a very quiet spot. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing unit
Everything was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with all you could ever need. We also made use of the high chair on-site and the beach chairs in the garage. Would recommend to everyone.

Comfy & convenient
Our family of four shared this townhouse with friends and their children. It was large enough for all eight of us to have separate spaces when needed and share meals and social time. The unit had everything a renter could ask for - pack-n-play, Beach items, a full kitchen, and more. It was also close to a pool (with a lovely baby pool) in Sea Colony that is open until 9pm - a full three hours later than most of the other community pools. The only caveat is that the Pine Shore section is in the back of Sea Colony, making for a longer team ride to the beach. We would all stay here again!
