This double storey home is saturated in natural light, offers 3 bedrooms, master has spacious walk- in - robe and en-suite, separate powder room. Two large bedrooms downstairs with a central bathroom, a laundry leading out to a landscape garden at the rear.
Upstairs open plan living zone with incredible views and relax in the comfort couch in front of the gas log fireplace in winter. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, gas cooking and soaking the bay view while you preparing your meals. The full length triple stacker doors open out to a large deck for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the marvelous unhindered bay views.

Only problem was the cold downstairs. Difficult to have both areas a comfortable temp at the same time. We had a great time ,loved the views and relaxing gathering area upstairs.

The house is stunning. Wifi was awesome. Comfy beds. Very clean and tidy. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and more. Le-Hoa is fantastic to deal with. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

This is our second visit to Le Hoa’s home, we come for a Line Dance Weekend at Portarlington. The house is perfect, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a beautiful view of Port Phillip Bay from the large window beside the dining table, well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals. Close to Portarlington, peaceful and quiet. We would love to come for a third visit in 2024.

House was excellent for our needs but found that items left by previous occupants didn’t leave much room for us to store our items in the kitchen, maybe this needs to be cleaned out occasionally. Gardener may need to come around occasionally as lots of weeds in front area.

A new and modern home with excellent facilities for a family stay. A very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere. Check in was super easy and the host accessible at any time. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

What a treat staying at this house was!! Large, spacious, welcoming. The 2 bedrooms downstairs and main/ensuite upstairs suited us all so well. Great location near town, yet far enough out to not have any main traffic noise. 1 Min drive to town. All the amenities we needed in the house.

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated, everything you could need in a home. Magnificent windows to view the water and the weather, close to Portarlington township and a track you could take if you would like to walk. We would like to return in 2023.

Our experience was amazing from the communication with Le-Hoa to staying in her beautiful home that was well equipped, very clean and located in a very quiet court. Well furnished, comfortable and well equipped kitchen . Love the view from the living and dining areas. Quiet neighbourhood and close to the shops. There was no tumble dryer on arrival even though it was advertised on the site when booking was made. Property manager rectified their mistake in an amicable fashion. Was overall happy with the accommodation and communication .
