Loved the proximity to the beach - just short walk which was great for kids.
Children's playgrounds were good.
Quiet, safe, family friendly.
The mattress in bunk beds wasn't comfortable

Good fishing, beautiful beach, great location and a very nice friendly town. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Superb walking tracks along the beach.
They didn't have mussel or scallop pies in town. The sink in cabin was a bit small so very hard to wash dishes. Can't fault anything else.

Clean and good location
A bit more privacy could go a long way

Perfect position and very clean

Location very close to the Portarlington Pier where I went fishing all day on Saturday in the glorious sunshine
Very comfortable facilities
Needs to be a step provided for short people like me to reach the wine glasses and other items stored in cupboards above the stove and above the fridge - very hard to reach.
Also very hard to reach powerpoint to the right of kitchen sink for short people - I found it quite difficult to reach to plug the kettle and toaster in here.
Gas oven was very difficult to light on a couple of the burners and I could not get the grill to light - ended up heating food in the microwave but would have been nicer if I was able to use the grill

Good value for money. Neat and tidy.
We were so far away from entrance. Children were so noisy- from crack of dawn. Too many messages from them in lead up to stay that had information about accommodations other than our cabin and now getting constant messages wanting reviews.

Everything, cosy and warm cabin, l was Froddos Baggins for the night. With this experience, it should $ more. As it over looks the water. Facilities are of a high standard and everything works
I needed a plug for the sink

We had a great stay. The cabins were at the far end of the park in a very quiet area (off peak) with a small playground and bbq facilities out the front. Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. Shower water pressure and temp was spot on.
We’d come back again for a winter weekend.

The pods are on the water's edge. The location is unsurpassed on the Bellarine

The cabin was very old - wasn't cleaned 100%, there was a hole in the wall, spiders in the cornice and felt very small.

the bed was so comfy, the shower was great. the location was perfect - right on the beach! lots of tea and coffee. close to the ferry!

The openness and closeness to the water
The cabin was not that clean - it has ripped lino boards, there was cobwebs hanging from the lighting, didn't look like it had been cleaned or aired for a long time, and it was well and truely over priced - when you can get a 1 bedroom apartment in Geelong or Melbourne city for similar price.

Probably not enough storage in the beach pods if staying for more than a couple of days

On the beach, really comfortable bed. Quiet, clean, great set up. Easy to get too. Lovely views. Comfortable chairs for inside and out.
The side tables where lamps were could be a little bigger and maybe a shelf in bathroom above sink. But still a great little room with a fantastic view.

Near the beach close to town, lots of activities for families.
Camping ground too big, cabins quite tired looking with minimal toiletries provided. Aircon struggled on a very hot day and night..
