The Space:
Our sweet condo is inside Aldea Zamá's beautiful residential community, perfectly situated between the beach and town. The condo is a spacious 1-bedroom upper floor unit with a plush king-sized bed in the bedroom, ample closet space and natural decor.
You'll have an open living space with a couch and flatscreen TV for enjoying downtime moments at home. Plus, direct access to your private terrace with sun loungers, seating under a pergola shaded area and expansive jungle views! Great for sunset cocktail hour, to gaze at the stars at night, or just the ideal place to relax at home for a day.
If you like to cook, you'll have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and stove to prepare a simple meal at home and a lovely dining table to enjoy it.
For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the unit and there is free parking on premises.
The complex grounds are stunning. There's a communal pool with “sink-in-and-relax” netted bed areas suspended over it and where you can enjoy a poolside day in comfort and style. Plus cushioned sun loungers, lovely breezy lobby and areas surrounded by the sights and sounds of the lush nature that surrounds you!
Plus, there are also so many things to see and do around Tulum-- everything from beach & water sports, to eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes unique to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Everything was wonderful! The pool is lovely and the property well maintained and beautiful. Security at the front was friendly and was helpful in ordering us taxis to our excursions. The sky at next door is super convenient for a late night drink as well. Would highly recommend this place!

This condo complex is a beautifully landscaped and is convenient to both the Tulum beaches as well as the town's restaurants, bars & shops. The condo is clean, quiet and well appointed and the rooftop deck is spacious and offers complete privacy. Full time access into the gated parking area was never an issue, but it should be noted that the entrance from the road is not well marked and can be difficult to see especially at night - our late evening arrival was a real challenge. For any future trips to Tulum, we'll recommend and return to this location.

Amazing place!
What an amazing place to stay at. My boyfriend and I stayed in Tulum the week before we were here and this apartment was like a dream. It has absolutely everything you need, incredibly clean, even a washer! The bed was extremely comfortable and the check in process was exceptionally smooth. The only thing I’ll say is that you should not expect the hot tub to get or stay hot. But it didn’t matter, the roof top was amazing day and night. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great Spot!
Omara is tucked away in Aldea Zama, which in our opinion is the best location to explore Tulum proper and the beach. Amazing room and complex!
