Loved the quaintness and convenience of the stay!

Awesome time at this property! Felt right at home for our weekend gateway. Would definitely rebook and recommend to friend and family! Thank you!

This was a perfect place downtown that was close to the Silos. We enjoyed the walking to local places and the location of everything. Make sure you eat at the local places.

This is the cutest lil house! I’m so glad we chose to stay here!!

We had a wonderful time at the Ellis 2! It is such a cute & aesthetic little place to stay. We also loved how close it is to the downtown shopping.

My family and I felt very comfortable at The Ellis 2. We hosted 2 more family members for dinner and a movie and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Not bad but not great. Would be great for 1 night but we stayed 3 nights and it lacked all the little extras.
First, the owner was nice to reply and drop off a few things the property lacked. And the unit was very clean.
Room for improvement: No stove, oven or dishwasher (just know that as I assumed they would be there)! Cement floors felt cold; makeup mirror lights did not work; property is right behind an outside bar which played music till late night (one of the nights), not to mention a train blowing its horn every night/early morning. Upstairs room very bright due to outdoor street lighting, and no table lamps to make ambient lighting in main living area- it was either main chandelier is off (and dark) or on and fluorescent bright.
Overall I would give it 3 stars. For the price I was expecting the property to be a bit more quiet, comfortable & posh.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it!

Perfect spot to stay if you are in Waco for the Magnolia Market or Balcones Distillery like we were. We will definitely rebook in the future. The only downside we found was the 1st floor bedroom is SUPER loud when the air/heat comes on.

This house was really cute and the location was really great to lots of sights and restaurants, many within walking distance.

Very cute, clean and just the right size and location

The family and I absolutely loved our stay in Waco at the Wesley by Jack. What a great find that my wife truly loved. We are a family of 5 and we felt right at home in no time. We were down the street from the Silos which is why were were visiting Waco and it made it extremely convenient. The Ellis was equipped with all the basic essentials and supplies. Alicia was available at all times and again the family loved our stay and will be back again. It has already been shared to all our friends and family. Perfect if you are planning to visit Magnolia.

This property is in a prime location. We walked to Magnolia Market and downtown multiple times! We would definitely stay here again. My wife and I even mentioned that it would be cool to rent all 4 properties for a family trip to Waco.

Great place to stay and walking distance to the silos!

Perfect location to magnolia. I would recommend this vrbo to anyone looking to stay somewhere close to Magnooia

The property was very cute and clean with easy check-in and check-out. It did not have a laundry list of things to do on check out which was nice. The only thing to mention is that the train is very close by and quite loud when it goes through. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

We loved The Ellis! The location is perfect for all things Magnolia and the Waco area! The house is adorable, decorated perfectly, is very clean and has all the amenities you ever need! Each house has its own private parking spot right next to it. I can’t say enough! We will definitely make this our place to stay when visiting in the future, and will recommend it to everyone we know who is planning a visit!

Had all the amenities we needed. Great location to silos, if that is what traveling for. A little noisy with barking dogs and train that passes, but not terrible.
4.7
Ice cold A/C, soothing sounds of trains during the night, super comfortable beds.
4.7
Had a girls trip and this was a great little house for us to share. Within walking distance to downtown, which is very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It is decorated so cute and the beds are very comfy. Perfect location for visiting Magnolia Silos and surrounding shops and activities. We could see the silos from the front door. The only negative was the "Backyard" restaurant, bar and grill was one block over and they had a band Friday night. It was a little loud until about 12:30 am while we were trying to sleep. That wouldn't stop me from renting this great property again though. We loved Waco and Texas in general. Friendly, sweet, helpful people everywhere we went. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our time in Waco. This is the perfect walkable location to both the Silos District and much of downtown. We highly recommend staying here!

In town for college visit. Enjoyed everything about the home and location. Everything was very easy and we’ll communicated.

This property was about 2 blocks from the silos, very clean and comfortable. The only negative was that it is close enough to the train tracks that we were all woken up at 3 am by the train horns. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay with all the amenities needed.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND MANAGER VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.
LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! IF THERE WAS ONE NEGATIVE THING IT WOULD BE NOT A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD BUT EASY ACCESS TO EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN
4.7
Had an issue with code on door lock, called manager and she took care of it immediately. Clean and cute property close to the Silos. Would definitely recommend!

The house was small but perfect. The ac was killing it. Very cold. House was clean. New. Beds were amazing. There was a train.... 2:20 am, 6:20am. There is a sound machine which we thought was odd ... or maybe great fir babies. We understood the next day what it was for. Nothing you can do about it. Nice of them to be so thoughtful with the sound machine

This place was really cute! The location was close enough to get to the places I needed for graduation and I wasn’t in the University traffic!
Will definitely try and book again when I’m in Waco visiting.

The decor in this unit was so cute, like a page out of a magazine. There were all kinds of nice little touches like snacks, waters, and shampoos that most vacation rentals don’t have. They really did about everything they could with their space. Unfortunately there just wasn’t much space. There’s only 1-2 feet on each side of the bed in both rooms which leaves nowhere to put luggage. There is a closet in the downstairs but you have to get on the bed to open the doors so not very practical.
The location is really great except it’s location near the train tracks. Every 2 hours, all night long, a train comes through blasting it’s horn for 30-45 seconds, waking everyone up. We also had some trouble sleeping due to the brightness of the rooms. Some windows have no curtains and others are sheer so the streetlights and neighbors’ outdoor lights shine right in. We’re just used to a darker environment.
Overall it was cute but we left there exhausted after 2 very rough nights. I’m just glad we didn’t stay longer.

Very cute but incredibly tiny and loud

This house was perfect for our stay as we were participating in the Magnolia races for the weekend. It's so close to the Silos, that we didn't have to worry about parking because we could just walk! Also very close to other popular eateries and downtown fun without having to drive.
The house itself was quiet and comfortable. The pictures and description are very accurate to what to expect when you arrive. Owner was prompt with responses when messaging and gave solid instructions on arriving and departing. Will definitely look to stay again when visiting Waco!

Super cozy, very convenient to everything Magnolia!
Clean, cute, cozy little get away close to everything Magnolia. Great beds, quiet and clean. Adorable accommodations! Had everything we needed including snacks, wine, etc. Was able to check in early, have direct contact with property manager. Sent us great recommendations on the area for that extra personal touch! Thanks Alicia, we had a great time!

Great location and beautiful home
My daughter-in-law and I came to Waco specifically for Magnolia and this place was perfect. You could walk to the silos easily and save $10 a day on parking. We also found you could walk to many restaurants like Milo’s which I highly recommend. While there was lots of construction, we never heard any of it. The house was quiet and peaceful.

This was our first time to Waco and we enjoyed the location- walking to Magnolia was a breeze! Cute property. Many thanks!
