The room was nice clean comfortable. Free breakfast was great! Mayo Clinic shuttle services were free. Nice sitting areas indoor and especially outdoor.
Maybe start breakfast at 6 am vs 6:30. Otherwise everything was great. No complaints!

Close to the Mayo Clinic, provided breakfast in a nice setting. Liked having a kitchen in the room and a desk area. My husband worked while I attended appointments.
Internet was terrible, very slow so made it difficuit for my husband to get work done. The clean dishes from the previous guest were left in the dishwasher and not put away.

Our experience was really good specially the kindness of employees

The room was perfect for our family’s needs and an excellent base to relax between appointments at Mayo. The staff was very understanding, and accommodating.
You can really hear other doors closing in the hall. The fume hood in the kitchenette didn’t function. No other comments.

Breakfast, friendly staff, and late checkout.
Breakfast time was a bit short. Maybe extending an hour or two would be good.

No room service on the 2nd night stay??? Sign (door sign for no service) was taken down from the first night. Hose keeping cleary had come into the room because there were fresh towels and new soap, BUT THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS DONE! This was entirely unexpected. Wanted a clean room to come back on the second day and that did not happen.

A lot of the staff was amazing, clean facilities, food was amazing and tasted homemade.
The room cleaners were not on top of cleaning, replacing towels after they removed. Sheet had dry blood from previous guess.

There is so much where do I start.
I had a scheduled surgery at the Mayo Clinic on July 1st
1. I was told that I could not get an early check in upon arrival. I showed. After showing the email we received from e.booking confirming that the Residence Inn had confirmed and approved both an early check in and late check out. I have both emails if needed. So reluctantly the person behind the desk put us on the first floor between the gym and one other room. Obviously rooms that are rarely used.
2. After the ordeal with the front desk arguing that I would need to pay and finally just giving me an inferior room due to its location. We dropped our bags in the room and rushed over to the hospital to do my pre-op testing. After 5 appointments and tests I returned to the room to find out that there was a problem with the plumbing. Therefore I was not able to use or flush the commode After a few hours it came back but when I got up in the night the toilet overflowed. Luckily in the morning it was working again just in time for my trip over to the Mayo clinic for my surgery. We were gone for several hours. After my surgery when we got back to the room the bathroom was not flushing again. A few hours later it came back on only to go off again in the middle of the night until morning. I called the front desk and was told they were working on it but it was not their fault. Regardless, we got up and packed our stuff and checked out. When asked how was my stay I explained the issues that were unacceptable since it was causing me major stress and discomfort the entire stay. They looked at my reservation and said " we will take $50.00 off your bill. No apologies just here's your new bill.
We live a few hours away from the Mayo Clinic and decided to stay near the hospital for convenience and to relax before and after my surgery. Needless to say this was far from relaxing. It was just a major stressful stay.

The commode was not working intermittently throughout the stay.
Would not accept my early check in and late check out. Which had been confirmed via email.
