Good place to visit Calle 8. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean house. However, if you pay little extra, you can get hotel with private room and breakfast.

Superb

That's a cozy house, everything was clean and nite, the cleaning of the common areas was done every day. The location is good, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is a very central location, easy to access. If you go with your car, there are two spaces inside the property but there are plenty spots in the street. If you are willing to cook, the kitchen has all the basic stuff, even including condiments.

The insolation of the doors is not the best, if the other guest make noise, you will hear it. The other recommendation is to change the blinds of the window, too much light coming in at night time.

I was not provided any access code to the building, I called property for so many times starting 6 and no one picked and then phone was switched off. I had left voicemails around 6 but no response. I reached at 10PM and had no access to the property. But thankfully another guest had access and arrived after sometime and I managed to get inside. So much of harassment in late night. Was not worth and was not professional at all. Other than this it was OK.

Comfy private room & bath.

The location is great, close to a couple of really good restaurants and other local attractions. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

There is not a lot of parking on this street. Granted, If you are not renting a car during your stay it's not a problem at all. There are two spots in the driveway and some on street parking. We always found a spot but it was scarce.
