Check in was east. Got the instructions and got in no problem. Room was really cozy. Bathroom was super clean. The communal kitchen area and back yard were lovely! Loved the area. Very close to the Main Street!
Bed felt a little dusty? Like bread crumbs were under the sheets or something. Wish I had more blankets. Towels were very small, but very clean.

That we had WiFi and a place to put our baggage for couple of hours. We haven't used a lot. Only the sink for washing our face and brushing our teeth. And the toilets ofcourse. All the rest we didn't use.
To be honest, a lot.
On arrival, the rooms were dirty. There was hair on the ground and in bed. I saw insects in the room and in the closet I saw spiders. The A/C didn't work properly, because it was an old one and it made a lot of noise. It was very important to us to have an A/C because it's extremely hot and humid in Florida. The shower didn't work properly either. The room was very hot and humid (okay it's florida) however, you can not sleep in that heat without a good working airco. Finally the bed was disgusting. I saw some little insects in it and on the towels and sheets were some dark spots here and there, I didn't knew what it was.
We communicated it to the property, they said they would clean it up the next day, meanwhile we were stuck with the disgusting room. We booked another hotel and we stayed there for 2 days, booked a flight back home and never came back. It was such a shame, honestly.
We asked for a refund for the remaining days we didn't stayed there, we never had a respond back. One tip, if you appreciate clean rooms don't book here.
It's maybe approximate to the city and you have awesome things around the area, but it's not worth your health and money.

the place is nice and clean and well located.
If you present an on going issue they just ignore you. I just wanted to know how to turn off a noisy air conditioner that was freezing me to death and was placed just above my head when in bed.

The whole house was really clean and in a good location! Comfortable bed, working tv and a private bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Would definetly stay again!
The only minus is that there is a pretty loud aircondition in the room that goes on and off, you can't adjust it. But im a heavy sleeper so it didnt bother me.

Well-equipped kitchen
If you don't need any sleep and if you enjoy unbearable noise, then go for room number 2. All the three rooms in this apartment, the kitchen and the living room are served by a common system of air conditioning, whose two meter high engine is located just inside room number 2, right next to the bed. As the owner is unwilling to turn off the automatic system during nighttime, it will wake you up every 20 minutes. As it was simply impossible to have any sleep with this horrible machine, we left the apartment (without getting our money back). There hasn't been any information about noise issues while we were making the booking (and there still isn't), so we felt betrayed. Be aware before you make your choice.

The bathroom was the only decent part although the workmanship was poor. Plenty of hot water at least.
NO PARKING!!!! They expect you park wherever you can in the street. Very poor construction in the bedroom. Spiderwebs in various places, one with a dead roach. Found a live roach in the bed. Sugar ants on the nightstand and in the bathroom. Obviously not much on cleaning and sanitizing. Only one electrical connection and that was in the closet UNDER the air handler. Luckily i brought an extension cord. Had to climb on the bed to turn off the ceiling fan light. I think an extension chain is all of $3 at Lowe's. Ran out of toilet tissue. Had to supply my own. Only one towel each for the entire 6 days. Did not merit half what i paid.
