This is the place to come to relax and just hang out. Spacious yard with lots of options to sit...under the trees, out in the open...you decide! Nice grill.
Great dog yard.

stayed in Moab to visit National Parks nearby

The Finca is located off the beaten path which was great. It was almost a rural type setting with no neighbors on two sides of us. This three bedroom house was perfect for me, my wife & our two teenage kids. We were also traveling with two dogs & they enjoyed the expansive, well cared for yard. Becca was a pleasure to work with from my initial questions to making our reservation to our departure. We're planning on staying here when we visit Moab again.

The Finca was our home base for a 3 night stay & 3 days of hiking.

We were in Moab for two nights to visit the local national parks. We have 6 total with two families each with one daughter and it fits perfectly. It served as comfortable mid-day and overnight accommodation in between park visits.

Such a nice place. Great yard, comfortable beds, nice accommodations, and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants. Loved it!

Finca is a secluded place, surrounded by nature and charm. We enjoyed relaxing outside in the evenings amidst the trees and beauty. Very relaxing setting yet close to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay here. The yard was beautiful, and we had a visit from a deer at the front door. The house was spotless, and the location was very convenient - walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to Arches.

Loved the house. Very comfortable with great access to central Moab.

Loved the house. Very comfortable with great access to central Moab.

The house was cozy and comfortable. There was no TV, but that's not a bad thing. The WiFi worked well enough for planning trails and general use. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy, and the kitchen utensils were decent.
My only note is that it was a little chilly during our visit in November 21 (30s at night, 50s during the day). There is only one heater vent, basically in the dining room. It did a good job of keeping the common areas warm, but the bedrooms got cold with the doors shut at night. We found a single space heater on wheels, but we could have used a couple more.

First-the house was hard to find. GPS will not take you there. You go down a street you aren't even sure is a real street until you come to a fence with signs saying dead end that you drive around and finally find your driveway. It's actually easier at night because the drive is very well lit.We were drawn to this house by pictures of the large yard which were taken in summer when the trees and grass were green. I should have realized that in winter it would be brown and barren-my fault. It does have a big yard and we enjoyed the chiminea and appreciated the fire wood that was nearby and the lawn furniture.
The kitchen is not very well equipped for cooking if you want to cook in, but in general iit's a funky little house that is in a quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds and enough hot water. It was clean and comfortable. There are few options if you want to stay in town instead in one of the new condo projects outside of town. I think we made the right choice,
