Brand new 4 bedroom condo in downtown Moab. Sleeps up to 14 with a King, Queen, 4 Twins, a sofa sleeper and 2 Twin mattresses.
This is a one of a kind property to base-camp all your Moab adventures. The property comes with a fleet of beach cruiser bikes in the garage for you to cruise around town.
Mountain Bike - HEAVEN - this property is equipped with a bike maintenance station - compressor - pressure washer and convenient wall storage to keep all the bikes up and out of the way when you're not riding. Like having your own bike shop in the garage.
Located at the Entrada Condominium Complex in downtown Moab, which was designed with you in mind. Whether you play in Moab on foot, on wheels or on the great Colorado River, you’ll look forward to ending the day in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo. Just a few blocks from downtown, these brand new homes are just a few minutes away from Arches, Canyonlands and the Colorado River. You’ll be within walking distance from bike shops, OHV rentals, shops and restaurants.
A spacious kitchen and living area offer room for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment. The custom photography and artwork will draw your eyes to a visual pleasure, as will taking in the views of Moab’s red rock horizon from the patio. The kitchen includes ample storage, state-of-the art appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a holiday meal for your entire group and, a high chair to include your young ones in the meal. For napping and a good night's rest for the youngest of the group there is also a port-a-crib. Picture windows and a raised balcony offer views of the Moab rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north, and the soaring sandstone walls of the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the southwest. Should you spend some of your free time inside this unit there are over 30 games and puzzles for all ages.
Use of a spacious, two-car garage and additional parking for trailers is included in your stay, for safe storage of your toys wherever you may be on your Moab itinerary. For biking enthusiasts, no need to lean your bike against the wall. Instead, you can use the bike rack to place your bikes in and thus allow the garage space, with sealed floors, to add even more space for whatever types of entertainment you create.
The Entrada Complex pool, open seasonally, features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code.

While the exterior of the condos looked nice, it was located in a run-down area. The interior had nice furnishings, but it was not clean. The outdoor garbage can was overflowing onto the drive. There were ants all over the interior. We would clean them up, but it must be a chronic problem, because they just kept coming back. They were all over our food on the counter, on our kids, in the bathroom on the walls and floors. The tile has not been mopped. Blood stains on the stair railing and on the bathroom walls (not sure what happened there). Terrible water pressure at the kitchen sink—hard to clean up. No dish towels in the kitchen. The kids loved the Kid Cave, though.

So sorry I accidentally broke a handle off a cutting board. Also noticed a white coffee cup was chipped, ( not sure if we did that). Will happily replace. Also we noticed Kureg coffee maker he did not work.

Listing said it sleeps 14 but it only sleeps 12. There was an air mattress but no pump. We wanted to rent the mopeds and ebikes but there were no keys per the management. No reserve toilet paper, laundry soap or counter cleaner. We enjoyed the location and the swimming pool

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the tub in the master bath was great for soaking at a day of hiking in Arches and off roading. My son enjoyed the bikes and being able to ride into town. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The teens enjoyes the little patio to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is always exactly what we need! The garage space is very nice for not bringing sandy shoes into the house and is perfect for our bikes. Also, there is so much space inside the house. Although we don’t have kids the “kids cave” is very cute.
They have a bbq. 2 electric skillets. 2 waffle irons. Tons of cooking pots, pans, dishes, etc. Also a blender!
The only thing I would love to see is a few more cleaning rags and a cleaning spray in the kitchen so that we can clean the counters. Additionally, the water pressure is good but not great, but maybe I’m just spoiled haha. Still everything we need!!

This property was perfect! Had plenty of space and was so nicely done. Hot tip, if you're taking kids they will want to use the vending machines and no one in town with give you quarters so make sure you pack plenty :)

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. We went to the Moab Folk Festival while in Moab. Celebrated with 12 family members. Created wonderful memories. Our condo was almost like being home. Thank you!

My wife and our two kids stayed in this unit. It was great! The beds were comfortable and the unit lays out very well. It is nice to have a garage to use. The kids cave was a huge hit with our 6 and 4 year olds. The pool is nice as well. The communication with the property manager Tom was fantastic. He and his staff went out of their way to help us retrieve our sons favorite stuffed animal that was left behind. They helped coordinate shipping it back to Florida for us. I can't thank them enough. I hope you all enjoy it as we did.

Fortunately we had brought two air mattresses. Also, I tried a couple of different times to email the owner with questions, and never got a response. I finally called the vacation rental company from whom I had received the confirmation email and the check-in information. Tom, who works there was very helpful, and sent an email to the owner (and copied me), however the owner never responded to that either. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Location is great! Just a 5 minute bike ride into town. LOVED the garage with all the room and racks for bike storage. Kitchen had all the appliances etc to make big meals for our families. Kid and teenage friendly/fun. Pool was great but the hot tub was too small to accommodate all the guests each night.

The place was really nice. Unit had a Keurig which would have been nice to know. We asked and were told no. BBQ grill is a little small and igniter doesn’t work. Shower heads have really low pressure due to hard water deposits.

We were a group of seven people (two families) that stayed here at Entrada in Moab, UT. We were looking for 4+ bedrooms and 3+ full baths and this property satisfied our requirements very nicely. It is located within 15 minutes of Arches National Park and about 30 minutes of Canyonlands National Park. Owing to our experience with other VRBO properties elsewhere in the country, we actually over-packed! We did not use the pool and it was too cold to even venture out in that direction!!Considering that it we were in a pandemic (due to Covid-19), we were a bit alarmed that there was a party that checked out on THE SAME DAY as our arrival!! I expected that there would be a gap of at least 48 hours before the next reservation. I hope the unit was well-sanitized for our arrival.Checkout was at 10am and we felt a bit pressured to leave on time, considering the rental agreement from the property owner that "leave the unit in the same condition when you arrived”. I believe most of the units at Entrada are that way as we saw cleaners showing up as early as 9:45am at our neighboring units! Pros:9. Excellent location. Under 20 minutes to Arches National Park. Under 10 minutes to the Colorado Scenic Drive. About 30 minutes to Canyonlands National Park10. Spacious unit with a lot of amenities in every aspect11. Kitchen is well-stocked with tons of spoons, forks, knives, etc. They all look new and were all clean12. Very clean and free of any odor13. Easy and simple check-in process14. Two extra mattresses are available for use (located in the laundry room). We didn’t need to use it though15. Upstairs floor carpets are very clean and look/feel new16. Plenty of natural lightingCons:9. Very early checkout (10am)10. They allow check-ins the same day as check-out, meaning they don’t enforce the 48-hour wait time for the next party (considering the pandemic situation)11. Very weak water pressure upstairs. Not sure if this is by design12. Takes a very long time for the hot water to reach upstairs faucets. On top of that, hot water suddenly switches to cold water and then becomes okay after a few minutes13. Weak water pressure in the kitchen too14. Upstairs temperature control was tricky. Master bed room was cold and when we turned up heat by just two degrees, the other bed rooms were uncomfortably warm15. Parking two SUVs inside the garage can be a bit tight16. Kitchen and living room areas can seem a bit crowded with more than eight people

This property is nice and has plenty of beds for a decent size group. The garage was good as well for doing any repairs that may happen on the trails. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property in a great location. Very clean and accurately described. Only small issues are the water preassure at the kitchen sink is so low it’s almost unusable and it’s very nice they offered additional rental items in the garage but they were not mentioned ahead of time and we had intended to use the garage for our own items but had to make additional plans because it was already half full. But overall a great place and we will definitely be back.
