I loved how close it was to NY. I loved my suite. I had room 505 and I will always request that room. Cool view. We were able to watch the sunrise and set. The staff was amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breakfast was great, and fresh! Everyday!!! Not to mention there’s a bar Tues-Saturday! The pool looked cool and clean. We didn’t get in though. I’ll be back!!! Thank you for making our trip that much more enjoyable!!!!

The hotel was really nice, clean and amazing!! The beds were comfortable and room was super homey!!
There were a few times where breakfast was missing out - on sunday for example, coffee ran out really quickly and the breakfast in general did too - there was not enough food for everyone.
In the room we stayed in - the shower was not working well - water was barely coming out, and when the maintenance person came in to fix it - it got so much better but it was still not great. Good shower, wish it was a bit better.
I do wish that there was a person to come into the room and refresh towels and make the beds during our stay, but there was not.
The staff was always very kind and courteous - however, there needs to be more help in the kitchen.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel; spacious suites well equipped with closets, drawers, refrigerator, tables; conveniently located close to the American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium. I was told that the bus stop to NYC was on the other side of the road, but at the end we opted for another means of transport (carshare is very popular in the area). Nice people at the reception: they were accommodating us with our request of an early check in, even if unfortunately we got a room at the ground floor.
Breakfast was disappointing: the choice is very basic (for what I understood there is just eggs one style -looking freeze-dried- and meat patties, bagels and English muffins, jam, 2 choices of fruit, yoghurt, and not-so strong coffee and apple juice). The problem however is that it runs until 9AM, but at 8.30 food is already gone and not replenished: the first morning, at 8.30, I was only able to get just a coffee, a spoon of eggs and a muffin; the second day, arriving at 8.20, I got also a banana, a yoghurt and a bagel (people in line after me weren't so lucky). Moreover, you have to pick your own table and bring there the food taken at buffet (in paper plates and plastic cutlery), but the hall was so busy that we were unable to find a table for 4 so the kids eat far from me. There was no safe or toiletries in the room, and I had to ask for room service and additional towels for the kids since they were just putting 2 sets. The pool is really a tub, so tiny, and looking at the parking (the idea of just soaking between cars was not so pleasant, so we decided not to use it even if it was one of the reason we picked the hotel). The location is convenient but you need a car: there are just roads and highways around the hotel, and walking to reach some place is really not advised. No cart for the luggage: I got them from the deposit and I had difficulties in carrying all of it by myself (and the person accompanying me wasn't offering her help). Finally, my credit card was charged in advance with "damage cost insurance", and I am still waiting for the refund which I was told would be processed after 2-3 weeks (quite strange!). Overall, It is a great hotel with a lot of potential, if just all those little issues were fixed.

Clean, good breakfast options, close to busline, parking available. Excellent front desk desk staff. It is what you would expect for the money at a Marriott Hotel.
Refrigerator didnt seem to work

Great location to get to New York. Public transport via the bus with the bus stop directly outside and buses appear to be regular even at weekends and buses were never full. Hotel including the room and facilities were great.
Once I had booked the room I noted the stipulation that you needed a credit card to check in. I emailed the hotel direct to ask if a bank debit card was sufficient or did it have to be a credit card and the reply was that it had to be a credit card. I do not have a credit card as I am from the era where if you can't afford it you don't get it. I contacted my UK bank to ask about a credit card and realised the process was not quick and would cost me. I looked at the Marriott website that said debit or credit card was sufficient for their hotels and took a chance by not applying for the credit card. The very pleasant receptionist accepted my debit card without comment but the earlier email from the hotel, suggesting i did need a credit card, did cause me concern and needless worry.

The location and proximity to the bus. Nice bar, front desk staff and free breakfast offers a healthy variety- everyone could find something to eat!
As indicated in the pictures the pool and fitness areas are small

Love that the floor wasn't carpet, the bathroom was a good size as well as the closet. Beds were comfy. Hotel had a bar that closed too early if you ask me.
Didn't like the barn door for.the bathroom, the gaps and mirror placement made it very awkward if you are traveling with people who aren't family. Also not enough storage to unpack. And there were never enough towels. If the room is booked for 4 ppl, there should automatically be 4 sets of towels, not 3..Even after housekeeping came. Also didn't like having to pay for parking.

Close to MetLife stadium and American dream mall. Has a pool (did not use).
The a/c was not properly working when we arrived to our room. The outside temp was in the 90’s. Called down twice and went down to the desk for a engineer to come to our room. We were sweating for over 1 hr in our room trying to get ready for concert. Room temp upon arrival was 79 and when we left 2 hours later it was only 77. Asked to be switched to another room “let give it an hour” to see if it works. We ended up staying down in the lobby . When we returned 8 hours later, the room had cooled down. Breakfast was mediocre. Not worth the free breakfast. We went elsewhere for breakfast. Also the bar is not what you would think. It was one woman with a small selection.

Bed was comforter and once we figured out the AC the room felt cool and fresh.
The room felt hot at first because a bench was blocking the AC.

The workers we so friendly and the bar attendant was very kind and made great recommendations.
Furniture (particularly couch) was dirty. The bathroom door was so far away from the wall that there was no real privacy. There were kids or someone running around on the floor above us for nearly two hours after 1am. The pool also had enough chlorine to burn your eyes just from entering the pool area.

One of the cleanest & biggest rooms we've ever had! My 10 year old daughter says we now need to only stay in that brand of hotel! We had traveled to attend World Dance Competition at the Meadowlands.
