Value for money even I would say more value than your money.

Value for money. Nice, elegant perfect for family with kids. Staff was very helpful, welcoming and good in nature. Good location to go Manhattan, time square by one local bus from there. No need to drive car in hassle and bassel. I really like this hotel, cleanness is supreme level. Well maintained property.

Largely in line with expectations

Good hot breakfast and the lady working in this area was really lovely. Enjoyed the eggs and pancakes. Clean big rooms. The beds were comfortable though they should get better pillows, as they were not. Enjoyed having a bath in the room. The bus was easy to use to get into NYC (Times Square), just gave the driver $9 cash per adult for a return ticket (keep in mind they won't accept notes bigger than $20). Would recommend busing into NYC and then using the subways as it's not going to save you any time or money driving in. However, if you have a car there are lots of fast food places a couple of minutes drive away from the hotel for an easy evening dinner.

Giving 8/10 stars due to: Communications with the hotel prior to our stay - asked a couple of questions with no response. We originally got assigned the wrong room and then got left a note saying we might have to change again which was stressful and not what you want on a six-night trip, had already unpacked. Our key cards stopped working multiple times during our stay. Minor things but just added unnecessary stress both before and during the trip. Also, heads up the pool is quite small, if you don't have it to yourself (which didn't happen during our stay) it's quite unpleasant.

Fresh fruit (besides bananas & red delicious apples) like grapes would be a really nice touch.

just a little get away for my 2 boys and my husband. The pool was very warm which we all love. The staff was amazing and

it was nice and clean. breakfast was amazing. my family and I loved it and we will definitely be back!

This hotel was awesome! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Breakfast starts early and stays open until 9:30 which was very nice after sleeping in. Great options for breakfast and the staff were all very nice!

The staff were very nice and helpful. For what I got and the price of the room, it was good. The beds were comfortable, and I liked the counter space to put things on instead of using the floor. It was nice to have a microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room.

Breakfast was very crowded and in a tight location. This made it difficult and not worth the effort. The refill on items was not sufficient. Housekeeping also was vacuuming at 7:30am. I also don't like finding hairs on the bathroom floor. The ability to hear people on the floor above was annoying.
