We left after we walked in the door.

Not one single thing.

Blood stains on the mattress, tiles hanging off the wall in the shower. We got a warning not to use the water, had to be boiled first. Totally disgusting...walked in, walked right back out and got our money back.

Worked for what we needed.

Long story short, we booked another hotel and it was so bad that we had to find new accommodations at 2am. This hotel was the only on in our price range at the time and was available so we booked it and headed right over. The receptionist was super nice and our room was ready to check in. The room itself I'd give a 4/10 just because it's very old and even if you clean it, it's just going to look old and dirty still. They really need to renovate it. However, I would recommend this place just because they're so friendly and the room was pretty clean. It worked for us for a short notice.

They should really try and update atleast the bathrooms at some point. The metal in the toilet paper holder is rusted badly and the bathroom just has a dingy feeling overall. The room was decent.

the property was filthy, the beds were disgusting like they don’t clean them very well. was up all through out the night

Nothing it was a last minute hotel for my boyfriend and I. the only thing good was the fridge stayed cold

it was a dirty place overall. I told my boyfriend to let me never do this to us again and we will always pay the high price to have what we want

The room not so much for the price. Wanted a king smoking from the website didn't have that so settled for a double queen smoking... got two full instead of queens - two average people could not sleep in the same bed

Disappointing

Location

Margaret who is the property manager needs to find another job. Her customer service is rather nasty and clearly not her area of expertise! I've personally heard her get Into spats with the guest and yell out "your mama" while in the argument, that is very unprofessional meanwhile the owners have received numerous complaints on her and have done nothing at all to rectify her rudeness. I've been here 3 weeks and have been cleaning my own room which is fine but they hired a group of non speaking English housekeeper, there is mold all over the roof in the bathroom as well as around the front door which they say came from when the heater was on and due to the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned. It is a hazardous yet all they want to do is spray bleach on it which only temporarily fix the problem. Rooms aren't worth the price and this entire facility needs to be shut down and professionally inspected.. corporate is the route I'm taking next

Disappointing

We asked for a non-smoking handicap room. The people next to us smoke so much we had to roll up the towels to put by the door to stop the smoke from coming in. The hotel room didn't look like it was updated for 50 years, I've always said you can be old but you should be clean. There were a lot of people running up and down, loud stomping. We did not stay for the two nights intended we left that very next morning. I would not have stayed there other than it was late and we were tired when we got there.

Dirtiness of the room, the people attached to us that were smoking like fiends. It was not ADA compliant for us. Internet reception was awful. I actually would like a refund.

The location,comfortable beds and Patrick is by far the best staff they have.

MARGARET is very very rude & does not need to be in customer service. Stayed over a week and not once did the housekeeper service our room or even ask if anything was needed.

I actually didn’t stay, I checked in and stay an house and left, I dirty and found another place to stay.

Dirty 1) spider webs everywhere that have been there for years 2) My room door had a crack I could directly outside 3) Toilet seat was barely attached I sat down and it almost fell off 4) Lady front deck very rude 5) My room smelled

Upon arrival wasn’t greeted as entering the front desk to check in. Stood there until the person finished checking in. The front desk man never greeted nor did he stand up. Upon entering the room the smell was horrible mold air. The door didn’t open easy and when shut you could see the out lights. The tube had hair in it and was dirty. There was a thick line of dirty behind the door and along the base boards. There was rat poop in the cupboard. Went to the pool with later after jumping in realized the pool had green slim on the bottom. Got out immediately! This is not even close to clean or safe in my eyes.

The room was clean and cold. Nice up grade with the room.

They gave me 2 rags and 4 towels. They need to match No microwave and the room smell my cigarettes. The pool was dirty so we couldn't take a swim. Need more than 2 pillows on the beds.
