Great location on Hatteras.

Great location, nice kitchen and deck.

Key tricky to use in door, had to look around a bit to figure out which unit. A bit cramped if there are two people.

Definitely will come back !

I loved the porches! The view was amazing.

Beds weren’t very comfy. Bed was stiff and pull out couch was just uncomfortable.

very nice resort to spend some quality time by the beaches

We kept receiving emails reminding us to send the completed contract a few time (even after we left the premises) although we already sent it ahead of time. a bit tiresome

Small but very worth the stay.

Everything was fairly clean. The bed linens and towels were extremely clean. I even slept in the bed and used the towels. I'm a bit of a germaphobe. I brought my own and never unpacked them. I was contacted several times over our few days just checking on us to see if we needed anything. What little issues there were was quickly offered to send someone to take care of it.

The kitchen cabinets need to be gone through and everything washed and thinned out. The the coffee pot had old moldy coffee in it. But all others were clean. The front door glass needs to be frosted or something. The blinds did not cover it all and I felt like someone could just watch us. The same for the bathroom window.

close to the beach

one bed had fleas, we have bites all over us. supposed to be animal free room there is dog hair all on the mattress that had fleas. asked for more towels (they gave us 3 for 3 people for 5 nights) got told we should have brought some with us. I told them I asked what I needed to bring and towels were provided. received more towels on Friday morning our check out date was Saturday morning and we asked for more towels starting on Tuesday. went to the office and they don’t take care of this cabana unless something major happens like a water break. says there is a pool, (community pool close) we never found it! we will not be back. we have asked for a refund and yet to hear back!

It was "ok" weather was good. Cabana was "functional" but...........

Location, all appliances worked. Great for access to Ocracoke island ferry, and right next to the beach but you cannot see the ocean from the cabana. Below are 2 pics of the cabana. It was very tight for 2 adults and a 15 yo.. You eat sitting on your bed on the table. But it is manageable.

Keep in mind that this review is for cabana #30 only. There were others that looked to be in very good condition. This is a cabana on 7 foot 6x6 posts. the cabana swayed from side to side when anyone walked in it. It only swayed east to west as there was bracing from north to south but NOT east to west. the smoke detector had a dead battery and was not installed. screen in the door is torn, loose steeps and rails. the pool is located 30 minutes from the cabana and used by MANY others renting from Hatteras realty. The refrigerator makes some kind of grinding noise - irritating when you are trying to sleep right next to it.

fun in the sun not in the cabana.

location was great

super small, the deck was shaky and should be replaced. the steps leading to the lookout deck on top would shake and most support boards were split completely. felt very unsafe to go up there. most of the other cabanas had new decks. hard to carry up suitcases to the house with the support beam being located at the bottom of the steps 2.5 ft from the steps makes for a tight squeeze. inside was decent but there is defiantly some updating that needs done for the amount that you spend on it.

My husband and I did not have super fancy expectations and just expected clean, comfortable place to stay with basic accomidations.Upon arrival after a 12 hr. drive we found a filthy cabana with dry stool and mold in the toilet,hair in the sink,the stove with dryed food and grease ,dirty eating utensils ,our feet black from walking on floor...The cabana had not been cleaned. the bed linens appeared to be clean,I called vacasa and reported the issues and was told they would have someone there around 9am the next day,I took pictures and tryed to send to vacasa but did not go through, I cleaned the bathroom myself, we were exhausted from our drive,the next day nobody had cleaned after we had left to allow housekeeping to clean,I then contacted hatteras reality and spoke with manager about concerns and showed him pictures of findings and he did have the cabana cleaned and accommodated requests for new coffee maker ,toaster and an alarm clock as well.Getting fresh towls and washcloths was an issue but we received them with contacting vacasa who then notified housekeeping who called back and I was told of limitations on "terrys" with stay,the housekeeper did not know there was not a washer or dryer,soiled towls was left at lower landing prior to this call which was not picked up untill the request for more was made. The fresh towls was dropped off and the soiled finally picked by a vacasa/hatteras reality person,otherwise we would have had to drive about 1 mile away to pick them up ourselves. When the vacasa rep. brought the fresh towls,I showed him the saftey issues of rickety upper deck railings that was in much need to be replaced, cracked chairs on the upper deck,and other safety concerns.both of the reps. with hatteras reality was pleasent,respectful and appoligetic.

It was a really nice place to stay as a couple. Very accommodating

Location to beach was great. Love the decks and swing. Clean fresh towels and full equipped kitchen.

Refrigerator made a choking noise ever 20 mins. It was hard to sleep with the noise right by the bed. The refrigerator may need repair? Also disappointed no bath soap was available and we forgot to pack extra as we always do. Would be good to state in your listing it is a fully equipped kitchen.
