Last minute decision

Loved almost everything about this place. Greeted with a snack bag, room was spacious and clean. We also loved breakfast and the fire pit.

Did not like that breakfast was late on Sunday and an hour before checkout we repeatedly had housekeeping barging into the room, 3 to be exact.

Loved, tne new, clean room; exceptionally comfortable and the proximity to restaurants, etc.

Breakfast was adequate and as expected for the rate inclusion. Best part was the fresh made waffle. Lovely dining area.

We had requested a bottom floor unit for ease in unloading, but it was slightly noisy from the breakfast area proximity. I considered that our own fault, but if you need quiet, get an upper floor.

Bad

See previous message. What a mess. The desk attendant did not know how to check us in. He actually left the property while I was standing there to look for his phone. I spent an hour there, and finally left. The computers were not working and he couldn’t problem solve the situation. I’m not paying for this. Reservation 3971303396. Other visitors walked out, while I was waiting. He even pulled out the Employee Manual and was just blindly flipping pages.

Great Stay

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and gave me a little goodie bag and coupons for the restaurant we were going to. I would definitely return.

The lobby has a weird smell, but it's only in the lobby area. It wouldn't stop me from returning to the property again.

Beds are super comfy and upmost cleanliness, Cleaning staff does a great job and are very hospitable

Eggs were terrible each day whenver they served scrambled eggs. The first day the quiche ran out prior to breakfast end time and it was not refilled. Your staff needs to smile more when we checked in the lady that assisted could not crack a smile she seemed super mad not a good impression, perhaps they are not use to Hispanic people staying in Nashville. There was a gentleman at the front desk which was nice he had long hair and an mustache as well as another man with piercings he was nice too. BUt the lady wow terrible perhaps she needs to be behind the scenes and not the person at the front desk greeting guests.

It's hard to say because I was billed twice for the stay. This is overshadowing everything else.

I paid twice for this stay. Once through booking.com and the other tome at the hotel, when I was told my card was needed for incidentals. When they took my card, they billed me again for the entire stay. 5 days later, this is still not resolved.

nice amount of space, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean amenities

I did not like the motion lights, especially with where the baby was trying to sleep. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the blinds didn't close all the way. Also it was pretty dirty - especially the floors.

Great place, especially if you have a service animal

I like the modern feel of the property. Ricardo was amazing! He welcomed us with a bag of goodies and asked no questions about our service dog. I think we will be staying at Hilton’s from now on (such a relief.)

The directions to the property on our navigation were absent and the property was hard to find

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel I usually stay at in Valdosta, was under renovation. I have stayed/enjoyed the Home 2 by Hilton at other locations, so booked here. A bit hard to actually see/find due mainly to the busy traffic on the road/hwy in front, but easy enough. Room and staff were as expected - clean and friendly/courteous. Room was nice and experienced no problems.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, and sub-par. It was staffed well and clean, with a good selection on seating. Eating 'almost eggs' is never a good choice. Bland and 'instant'. No flavor or body. Parking is 'ok', but not many places near the entrance to the hotel.

Top quality hotel, and I would Recommend this to my friends and family. Whenever we go back to Valdo

The first thing one notices is the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. It does not matter whether you were talking to one of the cleaning people or a manager. Every person who worked for that hotel was kind, courteous, and cheerful. The Hotel itself was top quality, and all need for comfort, privacy, quiet, we’re well met. Just an excellent hotel.
