The front desk attendance were amazing and very helpful. I just think it was the stellar customer service that I received from the front desk to the maintenance and the cleaning ladies. They were all very pleasant. It was an amazing experience..

The desk clerks were great.
The mattress in my room needs to be removed from the room. It's worn-out. The guy behind the bar serving the coffee needs to quit if he doesn't want to be at work.

Easy to find. Restaurants close by. Very friendly and helpful employees.
Sticky bathroom floor. The A/C in the room had SOOOOOO much lent and dust collected on it. I don’t know how it was working.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating. Mr. Bill was the gentleman that assisted with us getting checked in and I must say he was extremely nice and made us feel right at home.
We now know where we will be staying everytime we visit our child at college and will be sure to refer our friends and family as well. It made us feel better knowing our Daughter will also have a safe place to stay when we are unable to accompany her on any preschool visits.
Thank you Mr Bill for all you did to make our stay exceptional. May you continue to be blessed with all your future endeavors.

the location was ideal.
it looked like our room hadn’t been used in some time. An old coffee pod was in the coffee maker and the toilet had a ring in it as if it was cleaned awhile ago.

I liked how the staff went the extra mile to assist us. They were accommodating to our large family and even understanding and compassionate with the three disabled members.
It was a bit pricey, but the customer service more than made up for it. Also, I am used to being able to eat on-site.

There was no free breakfast. The food was expensive and we ate elsewhere. The manager did give us free coffee. there was none in the lobby as we see in all other hotels we stay at.
All windows were filthy.
The pool area and designated smoking area had tons of cigarette butts on the ground.
One time there was a dog inside the pool area. There was a broken window laying on the ground near the pool area.
We left Fort Myers Florida to escape the hurricane and booked our stay in Valdosta. When we checked out our bill was much higher than we expected. We booked our first night for $139.00 and our second night for $159.00. We added 3 more nights to our stay and our room rate continued to go up and no one told us about that. We certainly would have not continued to stay at this hotel for $199.00 plus taxes on our 5th night. Alec Edwards the general manager never told us the rate would go up and he should have. We always asked him personally to add another day due to the devastation from the hurricane. He was nasty at check out and reminded us he gave us free coffee and room upgrade which we were entitled to anyway if a room was available.
