This was a nice property! Fire pit was great for summer nights

This was a great place to stay with our 3 kids while visiting Philadelphia on a family vacation. We didn't want to stay in the downtown area and this was just what we were looking for. It's just a few minutes drive to a direct train to downtown (there is a station within walking distance but it's not a direct line) and the ride to downtown was about 30 minutes. The house was spacious enough for our family of 5 and was comfortable. The next door neighbor was very nice and gave us some good information.
We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience hanging out at the house. We went sightseeing in Philadelphia during the day and ordered pizza for a night in! Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again!

This suited all our needs as a place to stay. Thank you!

House is really cozy. Older home so has a few quirks but nothing terrible. It is on a busy street so you just need to understand that. On the positive, you are near everything. We had a great stay visiting family and not cramped in a tiny hotel room!

Cute, cozy house gave our family plenty of space for our stay. This place had everything we needed. Owner was kind and responsive. Would recommend!

This was a fantastic location for us (4 adults two nights and and 6 adults one night) for a family wedding at the Tyler Arboretum. The beds are very comfy, and the house was very clean. We cooked in one night and kitchen equipment was adequate. (Could have used more silverware and wine glasses for our crew!). The host was always responsive. We loved the big table for our family meal and game night. We didn't get the opportunity to use the outside space, but it's a nice yard and location. We did get out for a walk and saw how easy it is to get to the transit. Love that you can turn around in the driveway and not back into the busy street! Great place! We would stay again.

My friends and I stayed at this VRBO for a wedding in Philly. The place was clean, cozy, and fit our group perfectly. We had issues with the VRBO app when we were trying to check in, but the host was prompt in responding to help us with the process. I highly recommend it for anyone in staying in the area.

We were in the area for our son’s wedding. The stay was very comfortable and convenient. Grocery stores nearby. Ample parking for both cars.

5 stars aren’t enough to rate our satisfaction.

This property worked great for our stay for Haverford's Family Weekend. Clean, close, easy. Sadly, the road to Haverford has no side-walks, so a totally walkable commute required a drive. The living TV and couch were not the greatest, but otherwise we enjoyed the house and it definitely served it's purpose as billed.

Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and making use of the fire pit in the gorgeous backyard.

The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. The owner thought of everything that made our stay very comfortable. There was an occurrence with check in but I am sure this was an outlier event. The rest of the stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home.

This is a great cozy house for a quick weekend. It was clean and comfortable and the instructions were clear and simple. We would definitely book it again!

My brother and I came to Philadelphia to spend time with our father who is fighting cancer for the 4th time. We grew up on the main line so wanted to stay somewhere familiar. The house was a lovely hike away from home, the beds comfortable and rooms clean. The next door neighbors were kind and helpful. The WI-FI was circa 1992 but overall we enjoyed our stay

The property was very dirty and in need of maintenance and cleaning: visible dirt, food stains, visible dust on the majority of surfaces, hair on countertops, bathroom and shower walls, tile, floors, and even ceilings. We all were disgusted with the floors and did not walk in bare feet. There was food splashed on kitchen ceiling. Foul odor in kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, basement. Beds were thankfully clean on appearance and moderately comfortable, however very soft mattresses and pillows did not have support. Most were unable to sleep during our stay. Parking was for barely one car, minimal space to turn around with neighbors cars parked alongside.
The neighbors had a loud pool party which was disruptive. There kitchen was minimally stocked and very dirty. Coffee was off-putting to the point we dumped out the pot and went to a coffee shop- which is sad because sitting over coffee in the morning is one of our family's favorite rituals. We tried to stay away from the house and only sleep there it was so bad.

Nice place to stay for the price if you're looking for a place to sleep. Older home, so the floors & doors squeak, and the bathrooms are small & need some fixes. Rooms are good size, with a large dinner table.

We stayed at this property for VU reunion - 2 adults and 3 kids - and had plenty of space. The layout lends itself to spending time together comfortably and the location is so convenient to either use SEPTA or drive to any locations in Phillly or the Main Line. The beds are nice and comfy (one of my top priorities!) and overall it was a great stay.

The hosts literally thought of everything- extra blankets, extra pillows, tea, coffee, tissues. Anything we needed, they had ready for us there.
The house is really cute and well designed. There’s a nice dining table to fit everyone comfortably, the beds were fairly comfortable, and the yard is a nice size for outdoor activities.
The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I called with a question.
Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location to family in Bryn Mawr. Really just slept here but clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to prepare breakfast at the house.

Our group contained musicians
playing locally a couple nights and their spouses. The place was so cute. Gave us a nice quiet retreat with plenty of space to spread out. Clean Bright (rainy out). The owner was helpful and available. Will definitely rent again.

We had a very nice stay. Clean, tidy home. Very close to Haverford and Bryn Mayr. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, location was excellent. The kitchen was a little under stocked. Rooms were pretty dated, no mirrors existed in bedrooms so made getting ready for Easter events challenging. Property was tidy and mostly quite clean.

…for family exploring Haverford and Bryn Mawr, and even Swarthmore! It’s even better and more than I expected based on the pictures! Thanks for everything!

Great location, very responsive host. House felt spacious and open. A couple kinks with the toilet and the hvac but all in all a nice place to stay with a wonderful owner.

We had a lovely stay here. Convenient to our son and his girlfriend.

3 items needing your attention. Lock box picture on the web is inaccurate--The sink faucet in the master bdr leaks--The drain in the master bdr shower is very slow, I suggest you remove the cover and it is probably just hair obstruction. On Thursday nite we had wine and one of the glassses was broken, however the previous renter had carefully replaced the broken section in the wine glass. Luckily I noticed same and thru it away, could have been an issue.

The location of the property is the best feature... The property itself is average good ... it needs more attention from the owner to be very good or excellent ... For example, 1. dirty areas like behind the piano (the only outlet in the living area was behind the piano) and other areas that are usually not so visible. 2. No mirror in the shared bathroom... 3. No nightstand lamp in one bedroom... 4. Basement needs a major cleanup effort. 5. Deck area is not really usable...

We were in town for a few days to drop off our daughter at Bryn Mawr and see a bit of Philly. This house was perfect for our needs: comfortable, spacious, and convenient, and a mixture of modern and traditional. (It had a kind of 1920s bungalow vibe in some ways.) Communication with Nalani was superb: when we had a small glitch checking in, she responded within a minute or two.

The home was extremely convenient to the venues we needed to visit for a family wedding. Nothing except the airport was more than a 15
Minute drive. The filtered water in the fridge was handy. The plantings around the property were lovely. Beds were comfy. Couldn’t access Wi-Fi but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t a big deal. Nice to have accommodation near family!
