Welcome to Orenco Station, Washington County's Crown Jewel. A brownstone that would fit perfectly in Manhattan's Upper East Side is just an easy walk's distance from four major parks & two of Intel's premier plants. Closer still is New Seasons grocery, over 20 eating & drinking establishments & the light railway station to take you straight to Portland's urban heart. With no corners cut and no detail overlooked, it's a perfect place to get the most out of a Pacific Northwest visit.

Despite all the area amenities, you'll be tempted to stay home and cook in a kitchen fit for a gourmand, with commercial grade appliances, ample prep space & two-seat bar. Outside is a covered deck with its own eating area. The dining & family room is spacious enough to entertain but cozy enough to enjoy a quiet night watching movies. If you'd prefer an evening of pure serenity, tuck yourself into the living room with a favorite book on the couch in front of the gas fireplace or catch up on your email while sitting on the window-seat to watch the world wander by on that parkway beneath you. When you're ready to call it a night, head upstairs to the full master suite with its own seating area and workspace before winding down in a bathroom that features a soaking tub, frameless glass shower, dual sinks & quartz surfaces. At last, settle into the comfort of your king-sized bed to enjoy an exceptionally peaceful night's sleep. Great location near groceries and restaurants. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and generous living spaces. Farmer's market on Sunday morning behind the property. We were very pleased.

This property has everything for a sophisticated stay in Orenco Station. We hosted a dinner party for our son’s graduation, had meals together and enjoyed the beautiful setting inside and out. Will come back to this property in the future in other stays.

We loved staying at this property that was as lovely as its photos in the listing. It was an ideal location, within walking distance of food, restaurants, the light rail, and a great farmers’ market right outside. The townhome was very well stocked, spacious and sunny. We loved the reading nook in the front window and had to take turns using it! The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!!

Not only was the location perfect, the hosts' attention to little nicesties and details matched many of the best hotels. Absolutely would stay here again next time I come to Portland. Perfect for a ladies getaway! And I am picky.

We really enjoyed this location -- it was a great starting point for day trips to a lot of areas. We spent several days at the coast, a few days in the Gorge, Mt. Hood, Hood River, Portland, Rose Garden/Zoo area, etc. We used to live in the area and spent time visiting with friends. We also worked remotely for a few days of our trip. The location next to coffee shops and restaurants was convient for days not traveling. It was so nice to be able to walk places, but also be in a place with easy parking and low traffic. The brownstone was clean and bright and just as pictured -- we loved our time in the space! The kids had plenty of space to lounge around and hang out while we worked, and the desks set up very practically for working were really appreciated -- thank you! Communication with the hosts was great -- check in/out was incredibly simple. Home was well stocked with anything we might need. Thanks for having us! We had a really nice, relaxing vacation. This is a property we'd love to visit again, next time we're in Oregon.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. This was the best experience with VRBO we have ever had. Every comfort you can imagine was provided. It was beautiful, warm, immaculate. The property owner, Kerry, could not have been more kind or helpful. We would absolutely stay again, and cannot recommend it enough.

First, communication with the owner of this property was superb from the beginning of our inquiry through our stay (and even a bit after!!) And the photos reflect this quality of care in decorating and maintaining this well thought out property. Never have we had all the amenities of home (and some we now plan to acquire!) that made our stay so very, very comfortable. We came to PDX for an International Women's Soccer tournament and found this location to be convenient for city sites, as well as all that nature has to offer in the surrounding area. And there are wonderful restaurants, a lovely grocery store (with organics that we crave) and even a weekly farmers' market within walking distance! We love the PDX area and hope that this lovely property is available for our future visits! Thanks so much for sharing your stunning property!!

As soon as we drove up to the house, we knew it was going to be nice. The street it is on is perfect and in walking distance to everything you need including great restaurants and a delicious bakery as well as a nice market. The house is spectacular inside and very clean. It is very well decorated and perfectly set up. We were very comfortable in it and it’s amazing how quite the whole neighborhood is. We couldn’t hear anything from the outside, not even cars going by. The TV’s were great in each room and the kitchen was perfect! We can’t wait to come back and rent it again! The owners are fabulous! They left a bottle of wine and contacted us to make sure everything was okay. They were generous enough to let us stay later than checkout because our fight had changed. The best place in Hillsboro!

This rental was perfect in every way. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, provided everything we needed for a family during our stay. The restaurants nearby are all excellent and we tried a number of them during our stay. The parks and neighborhood are gorgeous and very quiet. There’s a market nearby. It’s a wonderful area.

We've stayed in this area twice and love the location. The Brownstone was perfect in every way - elegant decorations, comfortable ensuite bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lovely patio, and fun big screen TV's for watching movies. The train station, a wonderful market, and different dining options are within walking distance, as well as a fabulous French Bakery. We would definitely rent this home again when we come back to the area.
