Located in the sunbelt area of Kaloli Point this spectacular, custom 2 story house is located on the breathtaking Puna Coastline. Paradise Point is an architectural charmer, outdoor shower, oriental carpets and cover lanai. There are two units, an upper and a ground level unit, each with separate entrances. This lovely home was designed for relaxation and entertaining. Includes fast and dependable cable WiFi through out the property by Spectrum.
The upper unit has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, a living room with an entertainment center and an enclosed sun room connecting to the covered ocean view lanai with private entry. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed and a loft with a futon. The sun room is perfect for the afternoon siesta. There is Italian tile, glass blocks, and garden window in the stylish bath.Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a loft with a single futon. The custom, gourmet kitchen comes with modern appliances, as well as a dishwasher, microwave and UV water purifier. Formal indoor dining or outdoor dining on the screened-in, ocean view lanai. The living room features open-beam ceilings, a pull-out couch, and an entertainment center with a smart color TV.
The ground level unit has a Master Bedroom Suite with full bathroom, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room with entertainment center connecting to the covered lanai with a private entry. There is a total of 2 separate sleeping areas; the Master bedroom, the Entertainment Room has a Twin day bed also a futon with a full bathroom. A custom, gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, as well as a microwave and water purifier. Formal indoor dining or outdoor dining on the covered lanai. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the entertainment room has a twin day bed and full bathroom.
Off the pool deck is an outdoor shower and a covered lanai.
The living room features an entertainment center with a color TV with Roku, DVD player, and CD/cassette stereo.
This lovely home is designed to meet all your vacation needs. It is the perfect rental for families who want a relaxed, scenic getaway amidst the beauty of old Hawaii. It is just a short drive to black sand beaches, waterfalls, hot ponds, restaurants, and shops. And it is only 20 minutes to Hilo.
Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and BBQ on the pool deck as well as an outdoor shower. Watch breathtaking sunrises and cascading rainbows all from the upstairs wraparound ocean view lanai. Located across the road from the ocean and just a short walk to dolphin and whale watching. It is just a short drive to black sand beaches, waterfalls, hot ponds, restaurants, and shops. And it is only 20 minutes to Hilo. This is the vacation property for those who want a romantic getaway amidst the beauty of old Hawaii.
