Property is excellent, centraly located near Hilo market and volcano national park.

Overall the house was nice and very clean. The neighborhood is nice but it is 20 minutes from the restaurants and places to see in Hilo so we traveled back and forth a lot.
As for the house, it says A/C which means a large unit in the living room and a smaller one in the master BR. Given how hot it gets, you need these to be one for a few hours before bed to get it cool enough to sleep. We managed but it would have been better if all the ceiling fans worked. The one in the twin BR didn't work at all and the one in the other guest BR worked only on a very slow setting. If these were fixed, it would be more comfortable without so much reliance on the A/C.

The property was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The patio was elegant and the gorgeous grounds were so well maintained. We had an issue with one of the gates not closing but the property manager sent out a maintenance person promptly. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay that is comfortable and clean. We sided it as a base to visit VNP. Great location between the park and Hilo. We stayed 2 nights.

We stayed in this house for 2 of our 6 days on the Big Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for as a home base for our visit to Hilo and Volcano National Park. It's located in a neighborhood on a gravel road that didn't get much traffic. We felt safe with the fully fenced yard and driveway gates.
The best part of each day was the night. Between seeing way more stars than we see at home to the sound of the frogs and lizards putting us to sleep (along with the occasional rain). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. We were happy AC was included as well, and used it in the main living area to cool off some of the daytime heat. The kitchen was genorously stocked with everything that you would need to cook, although we ate out each day.
Overall, I wish our planned activities would have allowed us to stay here longer, it was very comfortable for my wife and I and our two teenage boys.

Pictures for this home do not do it justice. Upon arrival first thought the little ac units would not cool the house but I was wrong. You may have to use the fan to pull air from the living room to cool the back bedrooms but most of the time it was cool enough to have the windows open. The yard is exquisite. The home overall is kept in immaculate condition and we felt right at home. The beds are very comfortable. I definitely would come back❤️

This home is like a private paradise. The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. Everything is new and works well (including the a/cs and hot tub). Beds are super comfortable. The owners have provided a great array of Hawaii-fun stuff - chairs to sit out, boogie boards, etc in the back. The neighborhood is great - you can drive over to the gorgeous shoreline and at least the time we were there sit at the edge and watch whales go by. People are friendly and you feel like you're having an authentic rather than touristy experience. It's well situated for day trips to Volcano National Park and the beautiful string of waterfalls on the east side of the island. We feel lucky we found it and had a chance to stay.

The house was in a beautiful and serene location surrounded by lush greenery. It was very nicely decorated and immaculately clean. The host was quckly responsive and helpful with a couple of questions we had. The house was stocked with everything you may need (and some things you may have forgotten to bring). We stayed with 4 kids. It was spacious and really comfortable. I wish other rentals were as amazing as this one!!! Thank you for a great stay!
