The views from the cottage were amazing, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable great location for exploring North wales.

Everything was clean and tidy. Hosts had thoughtfully left fresh milk in the fridge. Coffee, tea was also provided. Property was clean, neat and tidy.
Parking was a little tricky as there was not much verge in a single track road. But was ok.

The property had everything we needed including cafetière and a slow cooker, towels, extra blankets etc. The views from the house are amazing. Very comfortable beds and nice shower.
It happened to be facing right in to the driving wind and rain as we were packing the car on the last day so we got drenched… but expected this is Wales!
4.7
Good location for us near family, good size and well equipped.
Shower head not able to be height adjusted without coming loose
A funny smell in lounge

Lovely clean little gem of a cottage, idyllic and peaceful, waking up every morning to the beautiful scenery, a welcome basket was also a lovely little touch, did have an innciddent trying to work boiler, but phoned Lyn and she was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, lovely neighbours also helpful
The bed for me was ok but I prefer a firmer mattress, also if you want a meal out you have to go out , as the village had no tea rooms or restaurant's there is a pub, but it's only open certain times, we had a lovely meal in the royal oak hotel in Betsey coed, only 12 minute drive from village and Conwy falls cafe is open from 9 am 5 pm most places do shut early , so make sure if your cooking for yourself you take plenty of food to cook, there is a shop in village ( Londis)

The location was idyllic and perfect for exploring North Wales.
The cottage itself was absolutely delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.
4.7
The cottage is excellent, comfy beds, well maintained
The parking is a little tight on one of the nights I had to park down the road and walk back as the neighbouring house had occupied the space

We had a wonderful stay at Afallon. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Located on a hillside with views across the valley. The appliances were top notch from the kitchen to the beautiful bathroom and shower. Parking was very simple outside the property. Thank you so much, we can highly recommend it.

The house is a real gem and had all the facilities that you could need and it was spotless
The only gripe that I have is that the beds were not comfortable - tha mattrsses could do with changing.

The cottage is beautiful, with a panoramic view across fields and towards mountains. The whole place was super clean and cosy, the rooms were nicely decorated and the beds extremely comfortable.
The wood burning stove didn't work so well when we tried to use it.

Front bedroom was very nice because of the size as well as view from the window.
Also, we quite like the living room featured with traditional fireplace.
Check-in time should be around 11am.

The cottage is beautiful and equipped with everything you need whilst you're away on holiday (including good wifi for the teenagers!). I particularly liked the handy guide to amenities and the lovely welcome basket which contained useful things: bread, butter, jam, milk, tea bags etc. Plus delicious Welsh cakes, I enjoyed these with a brew sat out on the patio in the morning sunshine. The village shop and pub are a short walk down the hill and there are plenty of footpaths to explore. The cottage is very peaceful with just the sound of birds and sheep.

The location is spot on for all local attractions. It’s very close to Conwy Falls, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, Zip World etc. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped with Welsh ornaments and condiments. Beds are very comfortable and the quality of sleep is 10/10, all you can hear in the morning is sheep bleating. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, Welsh cakes and jams were provided and it was a real breakfast treat.
A true Welsh oasis of peace and tranquillity.
I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you, we had an unforgettable break!
The neighbour parked a white van in front of the property that was spoiling our view throughout the stay.

Excellent location and view and very quiet. The cottage was spotless and very well equipped. I found the bed in the front room very comfortable.
The parking was limited but was ok.
