The place is up to date and very clean. Kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. Open floor plan is great for multiple people moving around. Would stay again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our annual summer gathering in Rockport! The kids had their own space in the bunk room, all of the adults were very comfortable in the upstairs rooms, the games were great, the pool was spectacular, and we had a wonderfully memorable time. The home is laid out so that we never felt crowded, even with 8 adults, 3 kids and our pup! Highly recommend this home for your next family gathering!

The communication was great, property was wonderful. Game room was pretty cool. We did not realize the game room/bunk beds were completely separate, had to go outside and downstairs to enter…maybe that’s our fault and we missed it in the listing. But if you’re planning on young children sleeping down there, just know they will be sleeping basically in like a garage apartment type thing. Pool was so relaxing! The house is also walking distance to the big community pool which was a lot of fun! We would definitely stay there again!

We had to book this property VERY last minute (like Friday night at 5 pm for a week long stay starting immediately) because our original VRBO choice was not up to par when we arrived. The owner was VERY responsive, very attentive to our needs, and a great communicator! We were able to get right into the house within minutes, and we loved it here! The house was amazingly clean - no sign of pets anywhere. The teens enjoyed having the downstairs all to themselves with the game room and bunks. The kitchen had everything we needed. A/C worked great. The pool was fun for the kids. We all enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio because the way this house is positioned at the end of the canal, you always have a nice breeze flowing through. This meant NO mosquitos! Yay! The neighborhood is more upscale and definitely feels safe. You have a great view of the bay from the upper deck as well. Overall definitely a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!!

House is in a great location and checked all the boxes. Pool for everyone, grill for dad, tvs in every room, games for kids and dad, and great views to enjoy morning coffee for grandma.

Our weekend was great. Pool was so convenient. House had everything we needed and loved being on the water. Only recommendation would be to get a gate for staircases whether it be for the kids or dogs.

We loved the house! It was clean and spacious. The decor was beachy and pleasing. We especially appreciated the game room and pool. We saw a dolphin in the canal each morning we were there. Our property manager was very thoughtful and accomodating. We had no issues! Everything was perfect.

Family vacation was a big success. The house was perfect. The Host was exceptional. Answered questions immediately. Had an issue with the drains and maintenance was there in a timely manner and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this and we will be back

We stayed to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday to take him fishing. We had eleven people in our group and were able to fit everyone comfortably. Beds and couch were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner very responsive with questions. The downstairs bunk bed area had game room attached and was perfect for my teenage son and his two friends. Upstairs is the main area with other bedrooms, kitchen, and main living room area. Please note that you do have to go outside and use stairs to get to downstairs bunk bed area. On check out day I received text message from owner that I could check out later since they did not have anyone else checking in that day, which was great! Great stay and would definitely book again.

The house is great inside and so large. Wonderful well equipped kitchen, TV’s in every room, nice modernized bathrooms, 4 bedrooms in main house and a fun downstairs “apartment “ with 4 bunk beds, game room, bath and large tv. Our little boys loved the downstairs with football, air hockey and basketball games. We would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our time together!
We loved having our family reunion here! We encountered quite a few problems to begin the trip, but they were taken care of quickly by Tammye and Ryan and their maintenance man Allen, including replacing the dishwasher while we were there. Very helpful and responsive! I would like to mention that the listing incorrectly lists that there is a bathtub in the house, while there are actually three showers. This became an issue with small children and was one of the main reasons we had chosen this listing over others that were only showers. The downstairs door had to be pulled just right to close completely otherwise would open with the wind. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Property
This place was great for our spring break trip. There is a ton of room for a big group. The kids had a ball. I highly recommend renting this house. The owners were absolutely great.

Family fun
We had a good time. I would like to stay again for longer. The dock said for only dogs? My kids fished from the edge and caught several rock fish, cat fish, and 2 crabs. They just released them. We didn’t know about rock fish but neighbors helped out a lot. The porch lights did not come on. Everything was great. Thank you for sharing your house. Would highly recommend this house for large families. We had 7 adults and 3 kids. We were very comfortable.

My husband hosted a group of men at this location for his 40th birthday celebration! He said it was perfect and they very much enjoyed the house. Clean, sufficient space, close to everything - it was a wonderful trip! We will rent again!

Awesome house with the exception of the air conditioning not being able to keep the master bedroom cool. We were not able to use the master due to the heat in the room and ceiling fan that wobbled. Everything else was really awesome. I would rent this property again...for sure.
