We enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful townhome, recently refurbished, very nice floor plan and design. Nice open floor plan with a nice kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Weather was very nice, Vail was beautiful but a little too crowded at times. Shuttle was convenient. We will likely stay here again.,

We loved our stay! The house is clean, comfortable and very family friendly. Cooking on the Blackstone grill was such a treat! The kitchen is very well stocked and made cooking our meals a breeze. My kiddos loved walking to the pond to fish and watch the beaver family. The layout of the house was super comfortable allowing us to spread out. We spent our evenings playing games and enjoying the patio. We will definitely stay here again! A big black bear came by out front to check the trash outside. It was locked up, but something tells me he’s found it open before.

Very nice! Really could not have been nicer!

The home was spacious for our group of 8. It's a short walk to the bus stop to ride up to the lifts. Our dishwasher did not work. We called to report it but no one was sent to fix it. We noticed it was leaking when we ran it our first night there. We stopped the machine and wiped up the water. The dishwasher sat full of dirty water and dishes our entire stay.

Everything about this house was great and I would give them a 4.75 if I could. We had a few issues like the internet went out a few times. There’s a sign that says not to unplug the router. I also didn’t see a small sign that had a number to a local representative in case we needed help so all I could do is message Vacasa, which isn’t super responsive. The house rules are also very clear and strict about the 2 spots of parking but when a stranger was parked in one of our spots, we didn’t know where we could park our second car (again, we didn’t see the local number and Vacasa wasn’t helpful). In the end, we just double parked but was worried about upsetting the neighbors. Not a big deal but I would just put up a bigger sign with a local contact number or put it on your house rules placard next time. Other than that, the house was amazing! Definitely recommend!

The property management company made our stay unbearable.

What an incredible location and beautiful property! Apparent, recent full remodel throughout. Spacious and private sleeping quarters truly for 10 with four luxury bathrooms. Amazing family gathering area with the most fully equipped kitchen of any vacation rental where we've stayed. Close-by spaces for biking, hiking, and exploring. Wonderful outdoor entertainment deck with grill and lighting. Location in west Vail kept us close to the action of town but felt truly removed for cozy relaxation.

Wonderful property. Beautiful views. The National forest is literally your backyard! The town of Vail bus stop is just down the street. The interior is lovely and Very spacious for a larger group.

The owners of this property used first rate materials all around in the construction of the townhouse. From the cabinets, to countertops, to electronics, faucets, mirrors, showers, etc, this townhouse was extremely well thought out. It was outstanding. But not impressed at all with the property manager, Vacasa. This property was ready before 1 PM as we arrived from Brekenridge at 11 AM and saw the clean-up crew finishing up. Vacasa states it will notify the next client via email if they can enter the property earlier than 4 PM, but we never heard from Vacasa and their representatives used the canned speech they are not authorized to approve early property access nor will they provide the name of anyone within Vacasa who can. It seems the 4PM checkin is becoming a norm with properties- unless you want to pay a bunch to check in earlier with all that money going to the property manager and nothing going to the owner, I suspect.

Everything was as listed. Property is great. Only problem was the communication with the property manager. We asked a question at least two times and never got an answer back.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and in pristine condition! Great location and well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of space - even better than the pictures! The management company (Vacasa) however was very hard to get in touch with and was not very responsive. We were counting on having a grill to use (I had reached out to them prior to arrival to confirm there was a grill and they said yes) and there was no grill. Just a big green egg that we were not allowed to use. But all in all we were very happy with the property!

The house was perfect. The house was big enough that we could all be together or find a spot to have quiet alone time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Summer stay here. It is well appointed with high end finishes throughout and all of the creature comforts needed to make you feel at home. Right down to the Keurig Coffee Maker! Fortunately, we brought plenty of K-Cups! Gorgeous property backing up to an Aspen forest. We even got to see a black bear running by the back yard! Very cool. Highly recommend.

This house is all equipped and with the aspens surrounding the property its a wonderful setting for the days you would be here. There is plenty of beds and we underutilized the lower flow. Kitchen is all equipped with the utensils and plates. Nearest grocery store is a small one 1 mile away. There are lot of things to do around the house.

This was the perfect house for a reunion with my college girlfriends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house had everything we needed from comfortable beds, lovely living room area with fireplace for late night chats, and a very well appointed kitchen to make any meal our hearts desired. It's about a 10 minute drive from Vail city center and the grocery store. Fabulous place and we hope to return in the near future!

This place was amazing. I mean the view from the main floor was awesome but the space inside did not disappoint either. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space and close to the shuttle bus. The beds were comfy and the towels/linens were all good quality.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home was impeccably clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The rooms are large, and there was ample space for the two adults and four teenagers in our group to congregate in the kitchen/living room area. Short walk to the free shuttle made it easy to get to town. Only downside is there are only two designated parking spots which could pose an issue for larger groups. Overall, highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

The fireplace didn’t work and that disappointing it lost a little charm.

Beautiful home in East Vail just steps away from the shuttle to Vail Village. Our family of 10 had a great stay with enough beds for all. The only negative is that the beds were not very comfortable. Some were hard, others lumpy, but none were just right. The main floor living room and kitchen were perfect for hanging out and the teen girls enjoyed having their own space in the basement. Bathrooms were all newly remodeled and beautiful!

This townhouse was great! Location was very convenient for skiing at Vail. It was spacious and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The best part were the common areas. Lots of seating for a large family. Kitchen was well equipped and each room has its own heating / radiator system so guests could control their room temperature, even in the bathrooms. We weren’t planning on using the basement suite, but it we did and it was nice to have the extra privacy. The only concern was we requested to have the twin beds pushed together so one of the couples would be comfortable with king size bedding but that didn’t happen. Another note is that there are four single beds in the basement (as advertised) but I think one of the day beds could be replaced with a queen bed. There certainly was space available for a larger bed, for couples who want to stay downstairs. Overall a great experience for a large family.

We used the townhome for a bachelor party weekend in late March. It had plenty of beds to accommodate 10-11 guests comfortably. The home was clean with many great amenities, including a wonderful TV for watching NCAA basketball. Only complaints are nit-picky: Couldn't get fire place to work (but didn't really need it for Spring Skiing weather). Also, someone's dog dropped a deuce right in the driveway, where I get in and out of my rental car.

Great property. Everyone was comfortable for a group of 8 guys. 5 minute walk to shuttle was key. Nice kitchen and places to gather. Everything was clean. The property managers were very nice though I barely talked with them because the check in/ check out process was so easy. The only downside was no hottub, but we knew that going in. Excellent value. I would come here again for sure.

The place is beautiful and a nice peaceful location but the beds weren't comfortable and the main problem was the lack of blinds on the bedroom wibdows. We couldn't sleep in in the morning.
