This place is absolutely amazing - the pictures do not do it justice! It is so spacious in the common area, which is perfect for a group. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed for cooking. The only small pieces of feedback I have are 1) it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. Thankfully we figured everything out on our own and it was easy to get in and out, but I got no responses when reaching out with questions. 2) The location is amazing, however it is only on the yellow Vail bus line which does not run very frequently. You need to plan well to be able to use the bus effectively. However, we would still rent this again due to how much we loved the house!

This was a nice place. The lay out is good so we (4 adults) could spread out and have privacy. The location is excellent --we could easily walk to the bus stop in ski boots and it is close to Golden Peak.

Check in could have been a bit easier. We checked in around 8:30/9 and had to call for support because the door code was not working. The location was perfect and they house was nice and very clean, which I rarely say about a VRBO.

The location of the property is great, but after that, everything else fell short. Lots of things were broken (blinds, sliding doors, drawers in the kitchen, tiles falling off in the shower). The door code didn't work and we weren't able to get in until a guy came to get the trash. We never heard back from vacasa about a new door code and both of the garage door openers we were meant to use were broken. Very poor management of this place.

Excellent east vail rental!
We absolutely loved this house!! We will look to stay here every time we come back to vail. Incredible location. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything you would look for plus more in a house rental! It’s nice to have covered parking during winter. Only down side was the maintenance crew came by several times during our short stay.

Great place and location
Very well stocked and nice place. Easy access to the bus system to get into town and skiing. The downstairs bunk room is like a little private suite for kids or family. It’s very quiet and fairly secluded with no real traffic to worry about in front of the place. We had 9 people with 5 being teens and there was plenty room for all.
