The basement was remodeled into a living space in the early 2000s. I purchased the home in Fall 2016 and in doing so have welcomed the opportunity to continue to maintain and enhance this treasure of a historic house. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a roll-away cot that is actually quite comfortable and can be set up in either the twin bedroom or the common area/living room. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed. I’ve added a fully-functional kitchen to the laundry area, utilizing the original cupboards and other lumber found on the property. The recently updated patio area is a great place to hang out during warmer temperatures! Lots of garden veggies, berries,and fruit trees make it a healthy “snack bar”, too!
