The location was fine and I was able to cook my own breakfast.
On arrival I was exhausted as I travelled from Australia. In the morning I noticed a strange smell. The beading smell awful as did other soft furnishings. The heating didn't work. The terrace outside was only accessible from the upstairs property. The noise level was unbearable from the upstairs property I was kept awake until 3am and contemplated calling local police. The bedroom was so damp paint was peeling off the walls which I had to continuously vacuum up. Not a good start to a holiday having to wash bedding and constantly vacuum after no sleep. I eventually resorted to sleeping with ear plugs in.

Location was good. Close to the beach and the town.
It is a converted garage.
It is very dark and poky.
No external views.
Hardly room to move around the bed.
Washing / bathroom facilities are very basic and of low quality.
Worst of all it is not sound insulated. Every footfall and voice and even the toilet extractor fan from the apartment upstairs can be heard and amplified. No possibility of peace or restful sleep. I couldn’t stay there even one night. Had to find alternative accommodation.

Nothing to like
Very cramped and difficult to move about in. The bedroom and outside space were virtually underground and like being in some sort of bunker.
You must remember that this apartment is, in fact a converted single garage.
It is only really suitable for two adults and is not really a relaxing property.
Non of the things mentioned in the previous reviews seem to have been addressed.
The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board and there was nowhere comfortable to sit.
There was no bathroom, just a hand basin in the bedroom with no light over the mirror.
The shower was in the corridor between the bedroom and lounge so little privacy.
The toilet was extremely cramped due to the washing machine!
Owners of holiday accommodation should really stay in their property inorder to see what works.

It was close to the sea, and the town centre.
The bedroom was basicely in the basement. It was dark, there is no view to the sea. The sofa was unconfortable. There is no second bedding stuff.
3.6
Very close to amenities and the beach.
The outside space is dark

For a garage converted into a small flat.
I have to say with all honesty, it isn't too sad.
I can't make any real comments because I stayed, between 20 Nov - 1Dec 2022.
And the weather was appalling, it rained and was windy for most of my stay.
The Apartment was well maintained with most of the essentials. Kitchen utensils, towels, etc.
The living room area is small and the bedroom is nice and clean with suitable clothing and luggage space.
However, it's location is perfect, right smack in the middle of the Seaford town. Everything is just a walk away.
Railway station, local shops, restaurants, pubs, and the beach.
If you are arriving by car, it's a bit tricky to park. It's a tight squeeze to park outside the apartment.
However, there's a parking area for the residents.
But I'm not sure about the use of the parking area.
As I travelled by train.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the winter months. For any reason, I would give it the thumbs up.
Although, I thought it was a bit pricey. Considering the time of year.
I would recommend 2 adults 2 children between the age of 5 and 10. Not ideal for teenagers.
That's both in the summer and winter months.
However, there's a more suitable apartment above.
For larger families I do believe.
Owned by the same company.
I would say there again and would recommend it to family and friends.
The fact I stayed between Nov and Dec. I have to say the heating was poor.
There was only a small standard mobile heater, for the living area.
I also had to use the same heater for the bedroom area.
There was a radiator in the bedroom. But, there was no way of controlling it.
It seemed to me, the only time the radiator came on.
Was when the occupants upstairs turn there's on?
And if that wasn't bad enough. The small heater fussed on me. So I had to go and buy myself a new one.
Admittedly, I hadn't told any member of staff.
Until I had replaced it.
I did offer for them to buy it from me. But they declined.
I wasn't too happy with the TV service. I had to wait 4 days before the sky engineer was called into, resume service.
Even then! He needed to have access to the flat upstairs. So he could get to the main box and change the sky dish.
Missed partly 4 days of the world cup.
Once again for the time of year and the bad weather.
You would of thought the management.
Would of checked the heating was available.
Once again for the price of the booking for that period?
However, I would like to point out this is in the winter months.
I'm sure in the summer months, things would be more cosier. I would also like to out that this appointment is more suitable for the summer months.
But! I'm not taking away the fact, someone should of checked the heating was available.
Bearing in mind the price for 11 nights
£660:00.
Once you have read my review. Then it's over to you?

clean and comfortable, close to the beach and local shops

I had issues with kettle and wifi code and the owners responded swiftly
Variety of things
Key entry and signage confusing
Place felt dark and cramped
Soundproofing from airbnb house above (same hosts) was bad - needs much better insulation
WiFi hub not explicit - code tad confusing
Awkward to get out as upstairs guest's car was constantly jammed up to front door.

clean
loud upstairs

living area with kitchen very small.

I liked the close proximity to the sea and local shop and the information leaflets that gave me lots of information on facilities and local tourist sites that were excellent choices for my vacation but I’m guessing that I will be booking the Peebles apartment for a week or two so I can get the opportunity to get to visit the numerous sites that are situated in and around Seaford
NA to my stay 👌🏾I enjoyed my stay in Peebles apartment and look forward to my return visit within the next few months

Welcoming, compact but very well designed to ensure everything needed was available and a perfect location for a wonderful break. Perfect for a couple, lovely and clean, good value for money and look forward to staying here again.
Only negative is that there is no parking but various options close by

Location wasn't bad.
The place wasn't cleaned so we had to request a bed sheet change. Shower and sink was full of hair from strangers not nice. Bed is uncomfortable and the sofa is even worse.
3.6
Had everything one could need - except a lemon squeezer ( just joking)
Clean apartment
The sea 30 seconds away and a great location.
Owner very accessible
No view as stated in the ad.
The bedding ironed - would be more appealing
3.6
Very convenient for the beach and Seaford town/the railway station.
Contained all you would need for a comfortable few days.
Hob, oven, sheets, towels, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer good shower. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. TV, table for eating, sofa
The microwave dish had food spills on it from the previous occupant.
There were old cigarette butts in the ashtray in the outside area.
Quite noisy, at times, from the people upstairs.
3.6
Clean 5 minute from town less than a minute to the beach very good value for money on the bus route to Brighton and surrounding areas.
Flat or house above could hear them walking about.
3.6
This flat or apartment is modestly priced, which suited me, it has all the essentials, it's clean and dry, and suitable for one person or two people who get on very well together.
Ignore the fact that it has a balcony because it's more of a semi external room with an obstructed view towards the sea. That doesn't matter much because it's two minutes from the seafront and there are plenty of benches there.
Minor point, couldn't find any glasses just cups, and no coffee maker for filter coffee.

great location, very close to the town centre and seafront. comfy apartment and had a lot of plus points (sky tv being one!) having a fridge/freezer was good. enough crockery for the size of apartment. fab shower pressure. plenty of free parking in the area (if you're lucky you might be able to get one outside the door but if not, it's very close by!) easy access by a keybox (pin number provided by host) and host very fast to respond to my queries before my stay.
bed could do with being replaced (mattress and the bed, it was SO low to the floor!). Sofa could also do with being replaced (was lumpy and dented in patches). Some bits of the apartment could do with a bit more tlc/cleaning (toaster, fan above shower, metal curtain leading to back garden) but overall nicely presented and would def chose to stay again.
One thing to note, there is an apartment above this one and you can hear a lot through the ceiling (lots of stomping and loud talking) so if you get irritated easily or are a light sleeper then this poss isn't the place for you. It didn't bother me too much but worth noting.

The location is fabulous, right on the seafront and really close to town. It suited my little one and I really well. Given it was just before the rush of school summer holidays, it was cheaper than the height of summer and represented really good value for money.
Although clean, the cutlery and crockery were a bit worse for wear. If they invested in a better mattress and some new bit for the kitchen it would be an improvement. Also, the gardener let themselves through the apartment during our stay, without asking, which was completely unacceptable. The owner apologised, but the property pack suggests this is a weekly occurrence. The key code supplied was wrong, but the owner got back to me straight away.

Location was excellent
Attention needs to be paid towards the bed it was poor

Nothing
Parking hit and miss. Very small and cramped living area. Bedroom very dark and gloomy and bed almost on the floor. The terrace is not what I call a terrace with no view and dark damp and somewhere I wouldn't sit. Bedding felt damp and didn't smell too good. Booked two nights stayed one. Couldn't get out quick enough. Despite being close to the sea you had no view whatsoever. Very disappointing. Cramped for one dread to think if a couple used it.
