Are you looking for the perfect beach property in the middle of it all? This 4-bedroom, 4-bath, private-pool home is over 3,000 sq ft and has everything you need for an amazing family vacation! If you do not like stairs, the elevator makes moving through the three main floors a breeze. Your private-heated pool will allow you to swim whenever you want or if you prefer the beach, you are only 2 blocks away. Enjoy live music, all you can eat pancakes, and a full bar within a 5-minute walk, or enjoy a quiet evening at home with a grill and full kitchen to make whatever you would like. There are 2 fresh fish markets within a mile, a large grocery store, and great restaurants are just a short walk. Whatever you need is within walking distance or take the trolley to visit the north or south end of the Island.
When walking into the house you are greeted with a lovely front entrance to store miscellaneous items and sandy shoes. The main level of the house features a large dining room table with seating for ten and the living room features a large smart TV. The kitchen is off the main area and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook your favorite home-cooked meals! It has a table that seats four for the kids' morning cereal or so convenient to grab a quick meal before heading to the beach.

This home has plenty of space with three king suites and a fourth bedroom with a double bunk bed and a separate twin bed. Plenty of space for the kids or another couple. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bathroom also has a tub. There is a clawfoot bathtub in the master suite upstairs, however, it is not currently working.
The master suite has a large private balcony for your quiet time and morning coffee. The other king bedroom on the second floor has a smaller balcony to enjoy. The balcony off the living room with a ceiling fan adds to your outside enjoyment. Make sure you visit the screened-in top-floor balcony to see the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf or for an adult hideaway.
The garage area is great for the kids with a ping pong table, dart game, and more. With an additional refrigerator, it also allows easy access to your favorite cold beverages when enjoying the pool and grilling your favorite foods.

Great place to stay for group of adults and or kids. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Close to Manatee Beach. Pool was small but nice. Rented bikes and golf cart. Does have a lot of stairs. Had a great time.

This property was perfect for our family vacation with six adults and two children. A very very easy walk to the beach, groceries and other stores, and stops for the free island trolley. The house was huge and well maintained with everything we needed and many places to spend time together. No toiletries or spices etc., but this was fine as it was communicated ahead of time. The rental company was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely love to stay here again.

House was nice and great location. Pool heater broken the whole time of our 2 week stay. Hot water tank not working well either. Came a week later to replace. Hot water was scarce. Two broken lounge chairs by the pool. They did replace only one. Lost cable tv after a week. The management Anchor Down vacations was very rude to us when it came to fixing the pool. Albert who works in their office wanted to argue about getting the pool fixed for us. He was very difficult to deal with. Nice house but would not rent again because of management company.

Overall, we feel it was a great bang for our buck. Minutes away from shopping, food, and beach. Very much appreciated they had beach accessories and 2 wagons to help carry items. Would stay again for sure.

Our stay at the Pink House was so nice! It was clean, well stocked and only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! We will recommend to friends, and be back ourselves!!!

We had a family reunion at Holmes beach and some of us stayed at this location. We had plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms and living spaces. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to him for one issue. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk. They had beach wagons to use which helped a lot. It is also only a few blocks from the grocery store which was very nice. Overall a great stay!

House very clean. Very spacious. Pool was great to have. Close to grocery store. Due to the virus, we prepared a lot of our meals at the house instead of eating out, so more cooking preparation pans were needed. More space for dry food storage. Also, was unable to use grilll due to a broken burner pipe inside the grill. Beach was not overly crowded. People in the house behind ours were very noisy continuing into the early morning hours (2:00 - 3:00 am.)

Beautiful home, perfect location.
If this home fits your needs, and is available, get it! You will not be disappointed. We were a group of 8, (two young children) and the space worked out great. Everyone had enough space to spread out and have privacy at times they wanted. The huge dining table was great for group meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The Publix Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, along with a CVS. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk as well. That was so nice!!! You can rent chairs and umbrellas for a great day at the beach. There is a great beach cafe there where you can order food, and there is an ice cream place. The best deal was at the outside bar there. When you get a drink, they give it to you in a large plastic cup, (you will see these in the kitchen cupboard at the house). If you return with the cup, you get money off on subsequent drinks! It kept us coming back on a daily basis! The pool was nice, our grandkids loved it so much!
Communication was good with Kristen and there were not surprises. The location was just perfect!

I had some trouble getting messages through to the owner. I think it was a tech glitch.
The island is friendly. Traffic is a challenge. Places are a bit crowded. We liked fishing, kayaking, the beach and riding bikes.

Rented this property for a family vacation. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Was pretty close to the beach and had a nice pool. Was close to shopping and could ride the trolley if we wanted. Even had an elevator that we only used for luggage. Would highly recommend. Also, Anna Maria is such a neat vacation spot. Several good restaurants. We love seafood.

We had a great time at this rental. The pool was great and warm. Two blocks away from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road but the beach was family friendly. The rooms were large and we all got our own space.

Beautiful spacious rooms, close to the beach
Loved our stay & already looking forward to returning! The private pool was perfect for our family of 5. Home was cozy and had all amenities to make for a fabulous stay. We rented a golf cart to explore more of the island however, the beach was an easy walk for even our little guy. Lots to do and the clear Gulf water was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you to the owner for making the arrival & departure process so simple. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here. Was very comfortable. The home has everything you need. Stayed here as part of a family vacation.
There was plenty of space for everyone with 4bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Everyone had their privacy and no one was on top of each other. The common areas had plenty of space for the whole family. The pool was a fair size and we spend a good amount of time in it. The beach was literally a block away and was beautiful. We grilled in the yard nearly everyday. However, need to do it early because the mosquitoes come out at sunset and eat you up. The owner was readily available at the beginning and end of our stay. No one bothered us at all. Loved my family getaway.

Hurricane weekend
We had a great time at this property. This was the weekend we thought we were getting a hurricane so we had an issue of taking one extra dog that was not accounted for and I think the owner was upset about it. There was a broken refridgerator shelve that we were accused of breaking and we did not, so just look everything over when you get there and let the owner know if anything is broken so they don't go after you. Other than that we had a great time. The pool area needs some work but it was useable. The house itself was big and roomy and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We had a great time and would go back.
