Great view and a very clean apartment in a nice part of Seattle. Walkable to just about everywhere.

My family of four (two teen daughters) used this condo as a home base to explore Seattle and also North Cascades and Olympic National Parks. You can’t beat the location! It was easy walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Pike Place Market and tons of restaurants. We felt very safe due to all of the security measures in place. My husband spent lots of time on the balcony watching the ships come in. I appreciated the Keurig and K cups that were provided.
While the road noise is definitely an issue, don’t let it be a deterrent. Just bring earplugs if you are sensitive to it.
My only suggestion to the owners would be to have all room darkening shades instead of the current blinds.
Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend!

We had a great time and the condo is lovely. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the location was great- we could walk most everywhere we wanted to go (the aquarium, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the baseball stadium). Renters should know that because it is in downtown, there is street noise although we were able to sleep through most of it. You might want to bring a sleep mask as the window shades do let in light. Jose and Alex were quickly responsive when we had a question and we would definitely stay again!

We loved our time in Seattle. The property was conveniently located and we could walk to almost everything. The coffee shop downstairs was super convenient and yummy. The only issue we had was the noise level from the bars across the street around 1am when things were starting to shut down, nothing my white noise machine couldn't drown out though and it was only on Friday night. We would stay here again!

The building location is awesome, halfway between the Space needle and downtown. Views are beautiful, and the building is well maintained. The check in process seemed a little cumbersome, but if you're stay is more than a day or two, completely worth the extra effort. It adds to the security of all the residents.
4.8
Walkable to most Seattle attractions. Convenient parking. Great views of Elliott Bay & mountains.
4.8
Clean, well-appointed, and lovely views. There was a lot of street noise one night related to a very late concert held kitty corner from the condo, but otherwise we slept well. Walking distance to everything we needed.
4.8
Fantastic location for downtown Seattle. Great host! Parking was excellent. The apartment is in Belltown and the downtown noise can make nighttime challenging. There are blinds that don't provide adequate coverage of windows so it is not dark for sleep. Noticeable need for updates throughout the apt.

We were fined $250 for not remaining directly in front of the garage door on the last day of our stay. The original listing does not explain the strictness of the parking rule. We were not told that we had to stay directly in front of the door until we arrived to check in. For four days we were extremely careful making sure the doors were closed behind us, yet on our departure we pulled out a bit past the camera. We feel that this is unreasonable and possibly a scam.

Beautiful condo and great walkable location.

Great views, well decorated, clean, convenient and Hosts fully responsive and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Alex and Jose were excellent communicators. Enjoyed the place and amenities. Some road noise, but you are in middle of tons of places to walk to.
4.8
You can’t beat the location of this condo! It was right by everything you could want - restaurants, bars, a huge brewery, Pikes Market. We loved it! The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable as well. We felt right at home and Jose and Alex were wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend!

Great condo in Seattle... It was roomy, very clean, convenient and the check in process with their staff was great! Awesome bakery in the building, too. Highly recommend n your traves to the PNW.

6th floor corner condo with great views of the bay. In walking distance to Space Needle, MoPop, & Chihuly Museum. Nice restaurants too.
4.8
Clean home with an excellent location. No notes.

Our only complaint is street noise and rowdy crowds on the weekends. We would stay again!
Think about cruise ships and plan around the crowds.
Alex & Jose were excellent host and incredibly responsive!

Let me start by saying that I'm an Electrical Engineer and engineers always have a pro and con list by nature. With that said, Alex provided an excellent place to stay in the MIDDLE of everything to do downtown. In addition, the view from the rental is absolutely beautiful. My wife loved watching the ferries going in/out of downtown Seattle. There is no need to go up to the common balcony! You can enjoy the awesome view from your own balcony. We did have to pay for damage insurance which is something to take note of.... but I must admit I would do the same if I owned the property and was renting it out. No problem for me personally. So on to the pro and con list:
Pro
1.) Location to tourist activities.
2.) Accommodation for 4 adults with 3 separate beds (pull-out sofa).
3.) Clean place with a fantastic view.
4.) Water filter in the fridge to fill our bottles for the day.
Con
1.) The Belltown location has establishments (Bar and Grill's) that only allow individuals +21. My son is 20.5 years old and we were not allowed to dine regardless of our desire to drink adult beverages. Nothing to do with the property itself but more about the immediate surrounding neighborhood.
2.) Air conditioning units are located in each bedroom which can leave the living area (+ pull out sofa) rather warm in the afternoons. Alex has provided a tower fan to pull the AC from either bedroom to cool the living room.
With all that said, stay here! Spa and location was awesome!

This rental is exact what I expected based on the description. Alex was super friendly and ran right over to help when we called to ask for extra linens for the fold out bed. The view was lovely, but most importantly, the location was perfect for walking to all the tourist sites we wanted to see in Seattle.

The condo was just as advertised with absolutely beautiful views from every room. Check in was very easy. We are a family of five and it was very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed! We were able to walk or take an Uber to all the sights. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is in an older building and is somewhat small, but was exceptionally clean & well appointed. There was some emergency vehicle traffic that was loud but not bad. The location is great, close to Pike's Place, restaurants & mass transit but also very safe. The parking space (in an enclosed garage) was a big benefit.
My only complaint / recommendation - it would be great to open a window or turn on the A/C units before arrival. The unit was 85 degrees inside when we arrived on a 75 degree day, not the best welcome.
Thanks!

We loved our stay in this super clean and roomy condo! Easy walk to most tourist attractions. Safe location and the bakery next door is great for breakfast pastries! Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Jose's and Alex's apartment with my husband and two young adults children, from June 5th to 8th of this year.
We were really amazed at how comfortable, clean, and equipped this apartment was. They would respond quickly if any questions or concerns arose. This apartment has a fantastic view and an excellent location. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Seattle.

This place has all you need for a nice city stay! It’s clean, walkable and the view is amazing! It’s true that Belltown gets noisy at night but that didn’t bother us trying to sleep and isn’t anything different from other busy cities.

My girlfriends and I came to Seattle to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and this condo could not have been more perfect! It’s close to everything, extremely clean and safe, and was just absolutely wonderful!!!
4.8
We enjoyed the amazing views from this 6th-floor unit as well as the ability to walk out the front door into Belltown

We stay here for a few days. It was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked, especially the coffee bar which was very nice.
The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable.
The view was awesome, the best part of the condo.
The included parking was extremely useful.
Close to everything and we walked to everything Belltown had to offer.
We didn’t use any of the building’s amenities so we can’t speak to any.
If we come back to Seattle we’d definitely stay here again.

My friends and I came into town for a show at the crocodile and we could not have asked for a better location! We were able to check in early and the rental was beautiful.

The unit was very clean and had what we needed. There was lot of unexpected police/ambulance activity that may just commonly occur in this area since it is in the city. We had a lot of cop cars down the street, ambulances going by, and one night we had a stand off in front of the building between cops and a few people in a van. We were all safe and the sound didn’t bother too much if the windows are left closed. Me and my boyfriend weren’t woken up by the van issue but my friend was so just how heavy/light of a sleeper you are. Overall, great place for a short stay:)

We would stay here again loved it

Second time here. This unit is well appointed in every sense. Our hosts are just a text away if we have an inquiry! We call this our Seattle home! Thank you Thankyou!
We will see you next year on our annual visit!

Checking in was very easy and the property manager arrived in person to give us a tour of the apartment, the building's garage, and other aspects of the building (swimming pool, gym, etc.). The apartment unit itself was immaculate and generously stocked with all the amenities and many extras, from linens, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery to coffee and tea.
The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I would point out is the unexpected level of noise coming from the street. The apartment is on the 6th floor, but even with all of the windows closed, you could hear people talking loudly on the sidewalk. Luckily, I always travel with a pair of ear plugs, so this issue was easily resolved. The next time we travel to Seattle, we will look for this rental. We loved it!

My family has stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, so maybe our standards are skewed, but this property really was problematic for us. There were some small issues (our check-in process took about an hour, which was kind of annoying when we had small kids with us), and the property itself really could use some paint, all the walls and baseboards were scuffed and shabby looking. The bigger issue was how noisy the neighborhood was, which is probably our fault for booking a place right in Belltown, but it was so loud we ended up leaving a day early to drive home and have a solid night of sleep. There are bars below, and even though it's on the sixth floor, the noise was really an issue and made it hard for our kids to sleep. It's nice that portable air conditioner units are provided, but they are also super duper noisy, which at least drowns out some of the street noise. We've stayed in a lot of neighborhoods in Seattle and lived there for a few years, so we're not country bumpkins or anything, just the noise here was unusually difficult. The neighborhood is nice for walking and centrally located, and the views absolutely can't be beat.

We had a lovely stay at this belltown Condo. The views were beautiful and the property was very comfortable- particularly the beds. The owner and manager handled a minor water issue at the unit gracefully. Will definitely stay here again.

Alex was the sweetest host and was incredibly helpful with our stay! The property was clean and as described. We have two teenage boys and the pull out was the perfect option for each having their own space. Would absolutely stay again! Can’t wait!
4.8
Unit was in a good location and had all the necessary amenities. Property managers were really easy to communicate with.
4.8
Alex’s communication was ideal from the start. He was timely with responses, provided great details, and was courteous at all times.
The place itself was adorable and chic, without going overboard. The location was perfect for walking around downtown, complete with a balcony to enjoy the beautiful water view (also can be seen from inside the entire place). There are several restaurants, markets and shops all within walking distance, including a delicious bakery and bar that serves pizza, right in the building!
My friends and I look forward to staying here again on our next visit back to Seattle!

This is a great place to stay with a fantastic location! Easy walk to Pike Place Market in one direction and Space Needle in the other. (1/2 mile either way) Just up the hill from the iconic Edgewater Hotel your views of Elliott Bay are mesmerizing.
Jose and Alex are terrific hosts. Great communication all the way.
Easy transfer from SEA-TAC without me having been there before. $3 (yes three dollar) 37 minutes on Light Rail to Westlake Center and then a 15 minute walk (with rolling luggage) to the condo. Felt safe the whole time.
The condo was clean. secure and spacious.
*The only notation to make is that there is Chicago/New York level street noise. This is not a complaint….just comes with the territory when you are in a highly desirable, walkable, happening neighborhood with a great city vibe.
I always travel with my ear-pods so this was not a big deal to me. You can also set the room fan for some background white noise.
Just a great, wonderful stay. I will be back!
Thank you Jose and Alex!
