Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room and in both bedrooms. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds, a walk-in closet, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room and loft to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view. Our home also includes wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories, has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Please wait for the garage gate to close completely. The garage has a posted height limit. Vehicles taller than that limit must not enter the garage.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.

Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

This worked well for our family of five. It was close enough to walk to Pike Place market area while also being able to walk to the space needle and surrounding museums. Food and restaurants are on the main floor and are perfect for an easy meal. The pillows were surprisingly good!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great; very walkable to different spots we wanted to visit. Furnishings look good but are not of high quality so not very comfortable or flimsy. Be aware that the upstairs bedroom has no door, so only one bedroom is truly private. Also be aware that the fold out sofas are really not “sofa beds”; they fold out (like a futon) but are bumpy or flimsy, so don’t plan on them as comfortable extra sleeping spaces. Maybe ok for a small child. We were able to put the included foam topper on the fold out couch in the loft and made it work, but don’t expect to hang out in the condo and be comfortable. It was fine for sleeping for two nights while being gone all day doing activities. Not a bad place at all, just not as comfortable (given the cheaper furniture) than we are used to with other VRBOs. Appreciated the secure parking, but spot is very tight to get into if you have a larger car.

This apt is in a great location; 10 min walk to Pike one way 10 min to Chihuly and Space Needle. Very comfortable, well appointed apartment in the Belltown neighborhood with restaurants all around.

The condo was quite nice and the check-in was quite easy. The athletic area and pool were a big disappointment: it was early June and the "gym" area was really hot as was the pool area and the pool water. None of us could use it.

The unit is okay. Spacious but dirty. Carpets are not intact, plus the bedding and linens were gross. Good location in central Seattle. But beware if you want to actually enjoy your time in a new city on vacation. We left the unit spotless and followed all the lengthy lists of instructions. Still, the hosts charged us $250 for walking through a parking garage. We understand there are issues with theft in the area, hence the long list of rules for the unit - but nothing we did led to anything unfortunate. We simply walked through a gate. A condo with such a strict HOA and hosts charging people $250 for walking through a gate should highly reconsider allowing short term rentals. Too many rules. We did not enjoy our time here at all.

I loved the hosts' personal touch. It felt like we are staying at our friends' house, not at strangers'. The condo is nice, sunny and clean. It has a city and a water view. We enjoyed looking at a large cruise ship departure right from the window. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes. If you want a mid-night snack out on a street - it is an ideal place. But, if you need to a goodnight sleep, make sure all windows are closed tight. The building is in a walking distance to all the main attractions in Downtown. We enjoyed our stay:)

The condo is nice and the location is ideal if you want to walk to Seattle tourist areas like the Space Needle and Pike Street Market. The condo is across the street from a popular bar that was loud on both Friday and Saturday nights which made a restful night difficult. Thumping music, patrons yelling, sirens and even gunshots kept us up both nights. If you want to rent a place in the heart of the lively Belltown district- this place is for you.

The apartment is located within walking distance of many Seattle attractions. The check-in process was easy with excellent communication from the hosts. We appreciated being greeted and a quick tour of the property when we arrived. We would return in the future.

My daughter got married at the Olympic Sculpture Park. This was a perfect place to launch the bridal party preparations from! Convenient, clean, well appointed. Could not have asked for a better spot! Well worth the cost! Would definitely stay again! Diane

Property was just as described and had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was excellent. The kids enjoyed the loft and the community pool. I loved that the building was secure and centrally located. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations. Would definitely recommend this unit.

A couple notes that knocked our stay to a 4. Biggest is that there is no door for the second floor bedroom. It could say this in the description but I missed it if it was there. We were there as a family, so it was ok. But, if you are w/separate couples or friends, there is no separation for the person sleeping on the loft pull out & the bedroom. They are different physical spaces but you can not close a door for privacy. Also, small notes of convenience that would really help this condo. Coat hooks or rack. There is no coat closet so your coats end up everywhere. They ask that you do not wear shoes in the condo but there is no place to put your shoes or sit down to take off your shoes. We were there on a week it did not rain, so more annoying because there were shoes everywhere. If we had wet rainboots there would be a mess. No welcome mat or boot tray. The coffee filters were not deep enough so making coffee the first time was a mess. Also, no recycle bin, no broom, no mirrors in the bedrooms & it is a very dark space. Despite the giant window this unit needs way more lighting. The neighborhood ideally is convenient. We walked to Pike Place & the Needle. But if you need quiet, it is a lively neighborhood & it is full of expected city noises. The check-in & out process were wonderful. We used the pool & fitness center all great. The building was clean & everyone was very friendly.
