Immaculate! Is this marvelously remastered 1963 Charles DuBois mid-century retreat. Situated on 1/3 of an acre in Eldorado Palms, a quaint picturesque 1959 neighborhood nestled at the foot of the astonishing San Jacinto mountains. This remarkable home offers an open floor plan with grand indoor and outdoor living for the supreme Indian Wells experience.

The interior features 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms and 3 baths all featuring Walker Zanger designer tile work. The spacious master suite (California king bed) that highlights an enormous dual shower with soaking tub looking onto the private backyard pool and spa. An elegant en-suite with queen bed and futon, two guest rooms (queen & double bed) showcase uniquely decorated desert themes that include magnificent mountain views.

Well-stocked gourmet kitchen boasts a 36'' Viking Range, double ovens, stand-alone ice maker, and quartz counters, perfect for cooking large meals. Dine at the built-in waterfall edge dining table that overlooks the welcoming living room with custom walnut wrapped accent wall.

When you escape out to the private backyard, you’re greeted by the thick lush 18-foot Ficus trees with mid-century inspired hand-painted murals that grace the walls surrounding the alluring pool area. Have breakfast on the sprawling sun-soaked patio as the morning sun peaks over the scenic mountains. Relax poolside with built-in u-shaped bar for a drink while watching your favorite show on the 55” outdoor television, or grilling your meal on the stainless-steel Napoleon natural gas grill, equipped with searing station. We really enjoyed staying in this home. Great location and excellent communication with hosts. We did have some issues with the pool and unfortunately missed out on being able to use it for several days, but Charles was great at communicating and worked hard to fix the situation as quickly as possible. We would love to stay here again!

This was a great house for our group. We had lots of room and it is in a great location. backyard area and pool/spa were lots of fun. Kitchen was really nice and had everything you could need or want. Owner was very nice and friendly and responsive to us and was just a wonderful overall experience.

Charles's house is perfect in every way and located in our favorite Indian Wells neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen with great appliances and everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain. The pool and grounds are lovely and extremely private with an excellent outdoor grill and several options for outdoor dining. We rented for the entire month of February and would have loved to rent again for next year (but sadly, not available.)

We have stayed at this lovely home twice and would come back again without hesitation. We had no issues but the owner and property manager are great with communication should you need to contact either one of them. The neighborhood is really nice to walk around and the hiking trails are a close drive away. Thank you again for a great stay.

This was a perfect home for our November in Indian Wells. Our stay included many family members over Thanksgiving and it was a great time for all. The home is just as described and pictured. Our favorite features were the kitchen and open living area and the backyard, including beautiful lighting, games (the corn hole matches were epic), pool and spa. The house is very well stocked with every gadget you could need in the kitchen and plenty of towels. Maria, the house host, met us at check-in and explained the features of the home. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to golf and restaurants. Our only complaints were that all but one of the bikes was not useable as the tires were flat and there is no hanging rod in the closet in the front bedroom. These were minor issues. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Charles and Maria.

We loved staying here! I wanted a “Palm Springs” feeling and this property delivered, both inside and out. Our favorite feature was the backyard, especially the mountain view while sitting by the pool. The house is very well equipped - more than enough pool and bath towels, several bicycles, and a kitchen ready to prepare any kind of meal or drink. Maria, the house host, greeted us at check-in and showed us around. The neighborhood was very quiet, but still close to shops, restaurants, and recreation.

Charles was a great host and Indian Wells is a quiet, peaceful and lovely place to be in January. We like to hike so most of our days were spent exploring the many trails in the Coachella valley. We would definitely like to return to Indian Wells at Charles.

My husband and our dog stayed at this property for a week. It is gorgeous and is exactly like the pictures. The house was very clean when we arrived and the pool and spa are awesome! We had a wonderful time. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and we felt safe. The owner was very responsive to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Best property in the valley

We travel to the area very often and while we have had many awesome stays this house is truly NEXT LEVEL and we will for sure be staying here again in the future. The house was very clean, the yard was private and spacious. Every single detail was perfect and we were so impressed by how much this property looked EXACTLY like what was advertised in the listing. Charles is a great host and his communication with us was fantastic from the start to finish. We are so thankful to have found this gem and we can't wait to return!
